I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's behavior. I was enjoying a meal with a friend before a concert when my sister arrived to join us. Shockingly, the hotel staff refused to allow her entry, even though I already had a table. They provided no valid reason for this, and it became evident they were profiling and discriminating against her based on her attire, which was appropriate for the Romeo Santos concert we were attending. The staff even insinuated that my sister might be a sex worker, a completely baseless accusation. To make matters worse, when we involved the police, they were unable to take any action as it was a private establishment.

I was a paying customer, ordering drinks and beverages, yet this place showed blatant discrimination. It's disheartening that such a reputable venue would engage in such behavior. To any ladies planning to visit, be sure to wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt to avoid such an unpleasant experience. This establishment should be deeply embarrassed by its actions.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at The Click Clack, all thanks to Jaime’s outstanding service and culinary skills. From the moment we arrived, Jaime made us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a warm smile and professional demeanor.

The drinks were a highlight of the evening. The gin and tonic was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and crisp. The old fashioned was expertly crafted, with just the right blend of sweetness and bitterness, making it a memorable cocktail experience.

Tried ordering a Bellini and they just refuse to change the orange juice for peach or guava juice . I found this very inefficient. The excuse they gave me is that they have an inventory so if they use three drops of guava juice for the Bellini they will not be able to make other drinks . They love saying no here , they need to learn hospitality , I wasn’t asking them to give me free drinks . I just wanted a drink they have on the menu but instead of orange juice , please change it to guava . After fighting with them 30 min I just gave up and got a beer . I really hope they evaluate their service and teach their waiters and manager how to please their customers . To be honest , I don’t want to go back just by having this experience . Drinks are overpriced and food is not worth the money .
