My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this amazing hostel on a bike ride. We stopped to see what was with this elegant little farm and what we found was: amazing people (Nelson is as cool as he is kind) and the rooms are fabulous. There are even a few short hikes to waterfalls. There are even a few multi hour hikes around the mountains. Oh and the food was also incredible.
