🇮🇹 Italiano Esperienza eccellente al ristorante Santa Triada a Salento, Colombia. Tutto era buonissimo, ma le costine BBQ sono davvero imperdibili: morbide, saporite e cotte alla perfezione. Il personale è gentilissimo e la proprietaria è semplicemente fantastica, sempre sorridente e attenta ai clienti. Un posto che vale assolutamente la pena visitare.

The staff is extremely friendly and the owner is just wonderful, always smiling and attentive to guests. Definitely worth a visit.

Naar aanleiding van alle goede recensies hier gaan eten. En wellicht troffen wij een slechte dag van de kok en de bediening maar het was echt een intens slechte ervaring. Wij kozen voor het vlees, en misschien is dat niet hun specialiteit want het was droog, taai en ronduit onsmakelijk. Alle goede recensies gaan over de "trout". Ook de bediening was dus ver beneden maat. We vroegen bruiswater en kregen een kleine fles plat water zonder glazen. Moesten we samen uit dezelfde fles drinken? De fles wijn werd op tafel gezet met een kurkentrekker ernaast,moesten we zelf doen. En toen ze vroeg of alles naar wens was, en ik eerlijk antwoord gaf dat het vlees niet te eten was, liep ze weg.
