This company is horrible. My partner and I booked a horseback riding tour through the cócora valley costing 120,000 COP per person and also made us pay an additional 120,000 for a guide that is needed. Upon payment we received an email with meeting directions for transport to cócora valley for tours. Once we arrived at the meeting location there was no one there! We called and messaged and emailed only to be ignored for 20 minutes. When they finally responded they said that the meeting point was in the cócora valley and not at the transport location and said it was our fault for misunderstanding directions. We said that we would like a refund or a rebooking to another day and they promptly and rudely told us to contact our bank if we wanted a refund. Horrible service and I warn all tourists from booking with this company as they are just after your money and will provide you a horrible experience. We are going through our bank to have the charges refunded and to flag this company. You would think that a tourism company would cater to rebooking experiences for the tourists but once they had the chance to rob us they took it! I wish I could give...

This tour is highly recommended. Despite some miscommunication issues, it was amazing. We were a family of 6 visiting the area for the first time. Our tour in the morning (when we went to Cocora valley) spoke English and was very patient. Two persons in our family couldn't walk too fast and we had to take a lot of breaks but we never felt rushed and we were able to enjoy. After this we went directly to Buenos Aires farm. That's when we had the issue: when we arrived, they had no idea we were coming and there was no food for us (and we were really hungry!). So we got mad, the afternoon guide was grumpy. Not good. However, they solved it within minutes and next, we were in the coffee plantation learning about all the process. It was so educational and the guide was so knowledgeable (also, spoke perfect English) that I even forgot that I was hungry. We then had a typical lunch (so good!) And had a good coffee. Unfortunately they didn't accept credit card, we would have bought more coffee but we didn't have enough cash with us. I'm conclusion, excellent experience and good value for the money. Beautiful place to go, I recommend going very early in the morning, the cars "Willy's" that goes to Cocora Valley are located in the main square and it cost $9.000 both tickets (go & back) make sure to bring raining clothes because it can start raining at any second, there are a big agency that do the horses tours, you have different lookouts, and the entrance for the 2 lookouts is $15.000 (1. hand of god & 2. wax palm, if you do all the circuit you have to consider the entrance for the hummingbird house ($15.000) and the exist for the other part of the park ($6.000)...
