Albóndigas de carne no tenían sabor. Las papás que acompañan las albóndigas, estuvieron mejor que las albóndigas de carne.

Croquetas de champiñón: 99% harina, 1% champiñón. Otro plato sin sabor auténtico acompañado de chips de plátano. Nuevamente, el acompañamiento estuvo mejor que el ingrediente principal.

Paella de carnes: Buen plato, poca proteína y muchísima habichuela. El mejor plato que nos comimos.

Vino caliente: recomendado.

Servicio: todo lo que está mal en este lugar es el servicio. Solo aceptan efectivo, no emiten factura electrónica (evasión de impuestos lo cual es un delito en Colombia), no facturan por ningún lado ni siquiera a través del rut del comercio. No dejan trazabilidad de ninguna transacción monetaria para no declarar y evadir impuestos.

El caballero que nos atendió, fue súper grosero y su actitud agresiva. Se molestó porque a un comercio vecino, le compramos un queso y lo estábamos degustando con las croquetas de champiñón porque las croquetas no tenían sabor. Salimos agredidos. No visiten este lugar, no valora ni aprecia a su clientela.

Service : Tout ce qui ne va pas dans cet endroit, c'est le service. Ils n'acceptent que les espèces, n'émettent pas de factures électroniques (évasion fiscale, ce qui est un délit en Colombie), et ne facturent d'aucune manière, même pas avec le numéro fiscal du commerce. Ils ne laissent aucune traçabilité des transactions monétaires pour ne pas déclarer et échapper aux impôts.

Le monsieur qui nous a servis était très impoli et avait une attitude agressive. Il était contrarié parce que nous avions acheté du fromage dans un commerce voisin et que nous le dégustions avec les croquettes de champignons, car les croquettes n'avaient pas de saveur. Nice Spanish restaurant in Salento. The Spanish omelette was good - I like the fact that they let you choose the “punto” at which you want your Omelette. However, the salad that comes with it had a weird taste that I didn’t like. It would be much better if they use olive oil for the seasoning. Taste of the omelette was ok but was missing a little bit of salt.

I recently went to La Taperia in Salento and was blown away by their amazing tapas and atmosphere. The variety of tapas they offer is impressive, with each dish bursting with flavor.
