The view was absolutely spectacular, the hosts were the best I’ve ever experienced, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I can’t praise the hosts enough, on checking in, we were offered water and greeted so warmly. On checking out, we were offered the chance to leave our bags at the apartment to explore the city (our flight was at night). We were also offered water, coffee and biscuits, and a shower with fresh towels after we returned very sweaty from the old town before leaving. Even more, the host offered to get us a taxi to the airport at a discounted rate, working out not much more than an Uber to the bus station and a bus to the airport would’ve been, and way more convenient. I can’t recommend this place enough, the view is absolutely amazing, but it was the friendliness and kindness of the host which blew us away. I highly recommend staying here if in Dubrovnik. The only thing worth noting is with the brilliant view comes a lot of stairs and a steep hill up from the old town to the apartment. When we were there, it was 33 degrees, so this was quite challenging, and we’re a couple in our 20s who consider ourselves relatively fit. But please don’t let this put you off, the place is fantastic, I never write reviews normally but this place...
Read moreGreeted by host's daughter Maja who offered us juice, coffee and water. Able to park right by the residence where the family lives on the ground floor and rests out upstairs rooms. Lovely covered (grape vines) veranda where we sat, drank wine and visited with our great host Milan. Our room was medium size all in white with a refrigerator, good lighting and a flat screen TV (no English news station). Our balcony had a table and chairs and a wonderful view over part of the old town and wall, water and Lokrum Island.||||The bathroom was tiny and toilet and shower cramped but the bed was comfortable with nice linens.||||Got a ride into town one day and to the cable car station another. We'd been to Dubrovnik before so opted to visit Korcula one day. On all our return from town negotiated with local taxis as the walk up was too much for us.||||Upon departing and heading for a place closer to the airport for our next day early morning flight, Milan encouraged us to visit Civtat, an old Greek town on the coast. He also recommended a local restaurant where we had a delightful meal of the best lamb on our trip and seated by a stream and waterfall. The best part of our stay was the view and our wonderful host. Definitely...
Read moreJust returned from trip to Dubrovnik , stayed at Peric rooms for 5 nights and would highly recommend. Views from apartment are simply stunning, a treat to wake up to every morning. Apartment owners very welcoming and looked after us well, Milan the owner giving good advice on best places to see. Had a late flight so enjoyed our last day and were given shower and changing facilities at apartment before our departure to airport. Dubrovnik and area is very beautiful, we particularly enjoyed Lokrum Island,Cavtat a nearby seaside resort and evenings in the vibrant old town .||It is a good walk up lots of steps to the apartment from the old town but it is not far - the view is so worth it!! There is a very good inexpensive taxi service which we used to get back after nights out. Can't wait to return to Dubrovnik and will be staying at Peric rooms! A big thanks to the owners for looking...
