Poor customer service! They only provide 1 towel per person for multiple day visit, and the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor so we needed to wipe it up with the towels. We requested more towels, and they said they would charge a delivery fee. There’s also a strong sewer smell in bathroom.

Room was cute but small for 2, location was about 15 minute walk...
