Imperial Terrace — Restaurant in Dubrovnik

After spending 3 days within the historic walls of Dubrovnik old town, I felt a little claustrophobic and stumble upon this gorgeous restaurant and terrace on my evening walks. What a hidden gem it is! Set amongst a lush and very well maintained property; I found the pricing to be extremely reasonable as compared to tourist restaurants, I was shown genuine and warm hospitality from all staff even though I’m not an in house guest. I throughly enjoyed my dinner on the fabulous terrace with highly professional but also sincere and down to earth crew. I was made to feel very welcomed. Had an amazing dinner at Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik, celebrating my birthday evening, and it was truly memorable. The vibe, service, and food were all excellent — the staff was polite, friendly, and attentive throughout.

We tried the risotto and tortellini, and they were so good we ended up ordering them again. The Imperial cake was rich and delicious, with a wonderful hazelnut flavor, and the freshly baked breads on the table were a lovely touch. Portions were on the smaller side, but the quality made it well worth the price.

Absolutely delightful!! How this place doesn’t have a million amazing reviews is beyond me. I’d guess most just select the hotel as where to leave the review. Anyways… the atmosphere is fantastic!! Less hustle and so very relaxing. The service is amazing! The hotel and restaurant are both truly examples of outstanding service!! The food is delicious, fresh and creative! Highly recommend!! The manager went absolutely above and beyond and filled a special request in the late evening that was beyond sweet! Really a place I would regularly dine at if we were residing...
