IDA Apartments House — Hotel in Dubrovnik

Great apartment. Extremly comfortable, quiet and elegantly decorated. In fifteen minutes on walking you are in the historical center. But the best is the excelent host: Ivanna. We needed a special transport to the airport (because we travel with two big boxes that contain our bicycles...). We had to arrive to the airport at 6:00 am. She looked for a pick up for the transfer. We were worried because if the taxi did not arrive, we could lost the fly. When we woke up at 5:00 we had a whatsapp from Ivana that explained that the pick up driver was ready. ...

Ivana is the perfect host you can imagine. She explained us many things and she answered by SMS our many questions about buses and other transport. The room was clean and big enough for my wife, my son and I. It is a 10 minutes walks from the center which could be appreciated if you want to avoid the noise...

Apartment 15 min away from center (uphill!). Friendly and helpful host. Bed however is not comfortable and mattress lies on a solid wooden board which made us leave after 1 night. Host refunded our 2nd night without any issues.
