IRINI Luxury Rooms, Split — Hotel in Grad Split

If Irini Luxury Rooms isn’t a friendly family-run business, it fooled me. The warm welcome from the start reflected the high level of customer care we experienced throughout our stay. We were challenged when trying to find the hotel location (very close, but Google Maps was a little off). I called the hotel and Jelena immediately came out to the street to find and help us to the hotel. She and her colleague at the front desk were both welcoming, offering us cold water and a cool place to sit while our room was readied. As well, we arrived in the morning and they did their utmost to clean the room right away… we didn’t hear “come back this afternoon at check-in time” like most places do.

This hotel is only a year old, combing both local charm and lots of modern comforts: Keypad security at the front door and the into cute plant-filled terrace. You can’t ask for more… caring staff, luxury accommodations and a perfect location. I feel lucky that we found this excellent option for our trip to Split and will definitely stay...

My family and I had an exceptional experience of staying in this hotel.

FIrst of all, the hotel is situated a few min walk from RIVA which is super convenient, close to night life, bars and restaurants, but at the same time located at back side of the main street which makes the place quite quiet.

Secondly, the hotel was newly opened and we were one of the first guests, everything was super new and clean, service was excellent. The breakfast was included as well as an airport taxi which made the total price very competitive.

Thirdly, the manager Jelena created a warm and inviting atmosphere with attention to detail, personalised service, and commitment to excellence that made my family stay unforgettable. She cared to buy coffee for us in the morning as well as meals for our 6M old baby :) The attention given to every aspect of the room's cleanliness was remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment.

What truly sets this hotel apart is Jelena's commitment to making guests feel welcome and cherished. Her personal touch, from greeting guests by name to ensuring their comfort throughout their stay, is truly commendable.

Great place to stay in the middle of Split. Easy walk to the palace for shopping or setting the great architectural history of Split and then down to the water to catch your tour boat or just relax people watching. The room was beautiful and comfortable with updated air conditioning for those that need it and a bathroom that is amazing with a fabulous rain shower head.
