Perello Old Town, Split — Hotel in Grad Split

Only stayed for a single night in September 2019 before moving on to Brač.

Arrived in Split fairly late and after a few beers with friends went here to spend the night.

We didn't book it ourselves, our friends booked for us whilst staying nearby.

Far better than expected, superbly clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower, small but completely adequate kitchen, well located and well priced.

The only downside is noise from people walking past late at night or early morning, not a problem for us staying one night but it could be if...

A perfect place to stay for a couple. The “apartment” is located close to the old city center of Split. It’s located on a small walking street. The apartment is located on ground floor but has a few stairs in the bathroom, so not suitable for disabled. The room is quite spacious, clean, and is equipped with fridge and water boiler. 10meters away is bakery and 50 meters away from small supermarket. Only negative thing is the fact that it’s very noisy from the street - so do bring earplugs. There’s noise from people walking by...

Bardzo dobre położenie apartamentu, kilka minut spaceru od starego miasta, przystanku autobusowego i portu. Łatwe i przejrzyste instrukcje dotyczące bezkontaktowego zakwaterowania. Kontakt z obsługą również przebiegał płynnie i bez problemów. Fajny pomysł z umiejscowieniem prysznica.

"Widok na miasto" to powiedziane zbyt dużo. Widok z okna wychodził na wąską uliczkę gdzie można było zobaczyć ścianę na drugiej stronie ulicy tylko. Bardzo słabe wyciszenie, rozmowy przechodniów były słyszane w apartamencie. W nocy czasem bardzo głośno, nie polecam gdy ma ktoś problemy ze snem. Ciężko z zaparkowaniem samochodu, jednak to chyba problem całego Splitu. Zasłona przy drzwiach bardziej przeszkadzająca niż pomagająca. Prysznic należało by też od czasu do czasu "przetkać" ponieważ woda potrafiła wylewać się z niego wylewać.
