From the moment I walked through your doors, I was truly impressed. First and foremost, the hotel's decor and modern interiors left me in awe. It's evident that great care has been taken to create an inviting and stylish ambiance that immediately puts guests at ease. The warmth and friendliness of your reception staff were remarkable. They made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with a smile. I must also extend my gratitude to the housekeeping team; the rooms were impeccably clean, surpassing my expectations. During my stay, I encountered a heatwave, but the room's air conditioning worked fantastically. This was a lifesaver, and I truly appreciate your attention to guest comfort. A special shout-out goes to Alan, who attended to us during breakfast throughout the week. His dedication and hospitality ensured that our mornings started off on the right foot, and it truly enhanced our overall experience. The dining experience was a highlight as well. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict with salmon - it was simply delicious. One aspect that stood out for me was the intimate atmosphere of the hotel. Amazing place to stay! The staff were highly professional but also very personable - a kind team working hard to make their guests happy. We made a very last-minute decision to go to Split, and Bruno was exceptionally helpful and polite on the phone - it made the whole same-day booking process much less stressful.

The building itself and the furnishings are absolutely stunning: true to Fermai’s Art Nouveau roots with a uniquely Mediterranean twist. All very boutique, but not at the cost of comfort or functionality. I couldn’t resist asking reception who the interior designers were (Franic Sekoranja, I am told) - it is just so special and they get all the details right.

We were actually going to stay at another place for our third and final night, but once we’d checked in, extending our stay at Fermai was a no-brainer.

Breakfast is lovely - good buffet and a selection of warm/cooked options. Some local cakes, strudels, meats and cheeses as well as the “usual” selection.

I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family. I can also see it working really well for business travelers. Thank you to the lovely staff and hope to see...

"Friendly Charming Hotel in a good location"

We booked this Accor hotel directly from them as we were a big group of family with demands. Zlata was really amazing! She accommodated all our requirements. She was always prompt in replying my emails.

We arrived late at night for our 3 nights stay and had help from 2 gentlemen in getting our group luggage in. All our keycards were ready for us and there was welcome drinks consisting of wine and juices.

The rooms aren't very big but they were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It looked new. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast was ordered to make with choices given. We've been traveling for so many days and I can say that the breakfast here was the best. The servers were patient with all our request and got us our breakfast promptly. The reception staff always greeted us with smiles whenever we walk pass them.

Another great thing about this hotel is its location. Its in walking distance to all major attractions, old town and restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend my friends to...
