Villa Domina, Split — Hotel in Grad Split

Easy to reach by bus 37 from Split airport, and then only a short walk. Perfect location with only a short walk into town, in easy reach of restaurants. Nice cafes around the corner, too. We were in the top floor Appartment, which has space for 2 couples (be mindful: this is a historic house, hence you have to walk up quite a number of stairs and there is no elevator). It is renovated and furnished to very high standards (wood flooring, wood beam ceiling, modern kitchen), absolutely maximising the space but with a quirky decorative touch we enjoyed (fairy lights in the glass stairs!). Everything you can possibly need has been thought of. There is AC in both bedrooms and the living room. There is a washing machine also. Easy to cook small meals in the kitchen, and essentials (sugar, oil, salt/pepper) and even pods for the coffee machine were provided. Our host (Duje) was lovely, easy to reach, helpful with tips on how to get around town and just very uncomplicated. Payment was in cash, no problem as there are plenty ATMs in the area....

Dirty and dusty. Look at the pictures. For 100€ a night in low season proper cleaning shouldn't be an option. Wifi and 5G hardly work and you'll be facing the terrace of a café 5meters away from your window. No bottle of water, we were offered to drink the tap water...

The host was accomodating and the flat well located. I would go back you can find better options in split for a better...

Beautiful, modern apartments with amenities short, easy stroll from the Palace and Riva. Very reasonable rates for the apartments and airport pickup. Our host family was charming, and very accommodating - even providing us with fresh fruit on arrival and a local cell phone. Everything worked great from the AC to the coffee makers. I hope to return and would not hesitate to...
