The hotel does fit ti four stars hotels - no sleepers nor bathrobe provided, no minibar and tea/coffee station. Hair dryer was in disorder, and was not repaired during the day after been reported to the reception. No any space inside hotel except small lobby with tables for breakfast. Mai, entrance from the square is closed in the evening together with shopping center, so you have to go around to enter from the backdoor , which also could be closed and not necessarily someone at the reception would be on place in that moment. Very poor breakfast - no any fruits, almost nothing for vegetarians, a single and not the best baked roll with poppy seeds - that's all for desert ... || Excellent location in the very center with short easy walk from the main railway station. Supermarket is just 20 meter aside of the reception, so you could compensate poor breakfast . Spacious room and large table.||Overall rate...

En mi opinión , es un hotel situado en el corazón de la ciudad, tienes todo lo que necesitas cerca sin necesidad de moverse tanto. |Las habitaciones son grandes y amplias y las camas muy cómodas y limpias.|El personal son muy simpáticos y alegres algo raro en este país ya que hasta en ese momento nos habíamos encontrado gente antipática. |El único problema que pondría en este hotel es el desayuno. No tienes casi absolutamente nada para desayunar. Es muy escaso todo( queso, jamón cocido,huevo cocido, algunas verduras,pan y mucha salsas) y al parecer no vuelven a reponer cuando se acaban. Deberían de poner mas cosas para desayunar. Para las 9:30 ya están recogiendo el poco desayuno que te queda para desayunar aún habiendo gente desayunando. 2 stars. I would give it 1 star, but underground parking in the middle of budejovice earns it 2 stars. other than that. we had 2 rooms, one 4 beds and one 2 beds.

4 beds, was prepared for 3 people instead of 4, 2 beds room was okay.

no air conditioning, the rooms are right under roof. if its 36°C outside, its 40 inside. rooms were dirty, carpets cant be saved, they are really dirty. rooms need an immediate refresh, they are in terrible state, and stuck back in 1998. the shower/bath situation, its quite hard to shower without getting water everywhere as theres no shower curtain.

next time we are searching for any other accomodation in budejovice, and this hotel is not 4 star hotel at any level! stay as far away from this...
