I will strongly NOT recommend this hotel to anybody and that’s why:||1) Seems half of good reviews on booking.com are … let’s say not true;||2) Breakfast was terrible: coffee smells and tastes as once cooked and 100 times boiled after that; juice is not real – that surely was one of this chemical cheap powders + water; VERY POOR BREAKFAST!||3) Personnel in reality NOT friendly at all. We came with our dog and the owner (yes, he speaks German, Russian and poor English) was angry on us because our dog was “too big” and I think too bad for his perfect hotel. He shouted at us 20 minutes on 3 languages saying that “big dogs are forbidden here” that “I should clean after your dog the whole room”, that “your dog will bark all the time”, that “your dog will spoil furniture and I will need to clean beds after your dog because it will sleep on your bed”. He refused to give our money back for room also. And his final phrase was “you can check in but without your dog!” (how do you like it?).||So please don’t think that “pets allowed” is true for this CRAPPY HOTEL! ||Owner insisted on taking our dog everywhere with us, for breakfast we were forced to keep our dog in a car, because he decided so…||After all, this “friendly” owner charged us 25 euro (!!!) for our dog. Compare this to “One further older child or adult is charged EUR 17 per person per night in an extra bed.” – additional bed for human is 17 only! So… I have no words after that. No good words for this liar!||So remember 2nd thing “Pets are allowed” – NOT exactly TRUE. “Charges may be applicable” – means you will pay 25 euro per pet per night (so consider to leave your pet at pet-hotel near home – full pension for this money and no problems with idiots in the hotel).||4) Rooms. We got extra small and ugly room where only 1 big bed was. Toils of a spider were everywhere: on a painting, on a ceiling. Curtains were not fresh also. Lamp on the ceiling was dirty and full of flies. Air vent in WC not worked. Shower worked not good – water was leaking through it all the time. Cheap hand cleaner (3* hotel, yea!) and a hair-dryer (I didn’t try it). ||Beds are small and not comfortable at all! Old heavy TV was over our heads. Walls were painted as.. at a day care for imbeciles.||I made photos of this “clean small hotel”, so if you have any doubts look for them :)||5) Location: 10-15 min by foot from the centre of the city. Good for young people, but not sure also good for old people.||6) “Free wifi”. Well, it must be admitted that hotel has wifi, even 2 networks. First not working with a current password, second works only at lobby, but not in rooms (2nd frool near window). There’s also old-fashioned PC with Internet (1Kc/min), not sure you will be happy to...

Read moreWe've traveled around Czech Republic for almost 2 weeks. Staying in this place for 2 nights and that was the worst place to stay, by far. Starting with the un-friendly owner and stuff. We got the only 1 bungalow, as we reserved. We didn't know there need to climb up 3 stories, then go out and climb up a trail to get there. Once we got there - the bungalow, 2 bedrooms, big enough. With kitchen and dining table. It was dirty! Ash on the floor next to the fireplace. Towels and bed sets so old and worn out, I suspect haven't been replaced since the communism era. And more and more. Do yourself a favor and...
