Prostranství v těsné blízkosti muzea, nazývané Seminární zahrada, bývalo součástí někdejšího jezuitského semináře (dnešního regionálního muzea). Je odtud nádherný pohled nejen na zámecký komplex, ale i na zadní dvorky domků na Parkáně, kostel sv. Jošta, Pivovarské zahrady, či střechy klášterního komplexu. Navíc se tu za horkého letního dne můžete ukrýt před sluncem pod stromy. Malý parčík s vyhlídkou je osazen i lavičkami.
