Hotel Pavlov — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

The interior is outdated, but the room was clean and of an adequate size. Very uncomfortable pillows.||The food quality is low and presentation poor. Looked and tasted like a college canteen food. ||Worst of all was the service of the staff in the Spa Center. It was very difficult to get proper information about what is included in the package, costs and schedules. We were sent from one person to another several times, before we could finally get our treatment schedule organised. Very rude nurse, who schedules the treatments. The staff also changed treatment times couple of times without informing us. As a result we missed them and never got reimbursed. ||The only lovely people were the ladies at the restaurant. ||Location is not optimal if you come for the water. I booked this for a especial romantic weekend, filtering for category and looking for available double bed and not two beds.

Hotel looks really nice on the outside, not so much inside.||Staff tries to be friendly but speak hardly any English and are not very capable or service minded.||Had a pretty nice, clean and spacious room though. But curtains at one of the windows next to the bed was missing. Obviously had been there before, but fell off or so and never been replaced. Room was so lit up from the outside at night ,I could read a book without turning on the light.
