after arrival to the hotel we have learned that have to pay extra money for previously ordered and payed room type. At the spa hotel where people take various procedures ve have learned that bathrobes cost 40 euro per person. Also you have to pay money in order to have a chance for desired prosedures (we have already payed for stay and prosedures - full packet). And there is nobody to complain because the first agressive person is their manager, who talk to people as if all of them are free live in the hotel. And people who organize everything inside are her sons and other relatives. The food is terrible. No choice, no taste, no quality. Cleanliness is poor. Each prosedure at the different floor and peolple have to run from one block to another in order to be in time. At the gas injections the bed was in blood and only after my rejection to lie there the nurse cleaned the bed from blood. And even...

Я до сих пор так и не разгадал, в чем секрет популярности отеля «Морава». Вопреки своему не очень удобному расположению, посредственному питанию. И даже многочисленным двояким отзывам. Возможно, все дело в цене. А возможно и нет.||||Не знаю даже, с какой точки зрения охарактеризовать расположение «Моравы». Чтобы дойти до отеля, вам нужно подойти к т.н. «чумному столбу» возле Гейзерной колоннады и от него двигаться вверх по улице. Первый поворот налево, еще метров 150 и вы возле «Моравы». Подниматься тяжеловато, особенно если есть проблемы с опорно-двигательным аппаратом. Но место довольно тихое, машины там почти не ездят, толп туристов тоже нет. Так что в отеле есть возможность хорошо отдохнуть.||||Номера не произвели на меня особого впечатления. Да, они просторные. Да, из номеров, выходящих окнами на фасадную часть, открывается красивый вид на Карловы Вары. Да и то, только с номеров на верхних этажах отеля. Но требующая обновления мебель, скрипучие полы и слабоватый интернет – это не вызывает позитивных эмоций. Хотя кто-то, может быть, привык и к худшему.||||Лечебная база в «Мораве» в общем-то неплохая. Термальная вода не подведена, зато есть соляная пещера и небольшой бассейн. Процедуры проводят стандартно. Медперсонал отзывчивый и внимательный к гостям отеля. Комплексного лечения в «Мораве» вы не получите, ибо лечебная база отеля ориентирована в больше степени на оздоровление.||||Питание в отеле, честно говоря, на любителя. Кому-то нравится, кому-то нет. Мне с моими вкусовыми предпочтениями, не понравилось. Выбор блюд небольшой, мясо пережарено, каши суховаты. Но вот примеры из отзывов гостей: «очень хорошее и разнообразное питание», «питание очень вкусное». Или наоборот пишут, что «очень скудное меню». Точно скажу, что питание в «Мораве» не для гурманов. Это факт.||||Вместе с тем, существующие недостатки с лихвой перекрываются работой персонала. В отеле в буквальном смысле слова почти домашняя обстановка. Привожу в качестве доказательства выдержки из отзывов гостей: «очень благожелательный персонал и внимательное отношение даже к мелочам», «работают доброжелательные и внимательные люди», «приветливый и отзывчивый персонал», «великолепное обслуживание».||||Кстати, цены на проживание и лечение в отеле «Morava» весьма приятные.
