The elevator didn't wotk our whole stay, and we needed to carry our luggage 4 floors up and down . What's more upsetting, is that we didn't even see anyone TRYING to fix it. We were in the hotel half the daytime, and didn't see a technician once.

The pillows seems to be missing half the filling (or they're just old), and provide no support what so ever. The beds are not comfortable either. Both of us had one of the worst sleeps comparing to many other hotels we've been to. I ended up sleeping on a couch, because it was the only place I could somewhat fall asleep.

When you insert the key to the power-activation slot in the room, it starts a buzzing sound in the wall next to the bedroom, and it is heard in the bedroom. Once again - one of the wost sleeps...

The parking arrangement requires compromises, which is not the hotel's fault, but I would really expect it to be their responsibility to inform us AHEAD OF TIME about the local parking arrangement, so that we can either be prepared or maybe drop the idea of renting a car in the first place. They sent me the info at 4:07 AM on the day of our arrival.

But they did see it their responsibility to inform me almost two weeks ahead (right after my booking) about them going "green" by providing the room-cleaning services once in 2 days, which to be fair, resolved very quickly, when I quoted them their own description on agoda promising everyday cleaning. And by the way, since room cleaning (making up the bed, taking out garbage, changing used towels) mostly relies on human power, which is the greenest kind of energy, then skipping a day doesn't mean going green, it's going GREEDY by denying the costumers a proper service, reducing the available job-hours to those seeking for it, and all in sake of optimising profit.

Have the potential (location, building, rooms structure), but what a shame... Wouldn't...

Lovely boutique hotel with charm at every turn. We booked a superior room for 3 nights in December and when we arrived we were assigned the room with the huge 2nd floor terrace (the one you see from the front of the building). The room was large and spacious with a separate sleeping room, living room, walk through/entry way closet and bathroom. The terrace was as wide as the room and even though it was chilly out, we enjoyed spending a bit of time outside watching passersby on the streets below and the river meander in front of us.||||Location: The hotel is in the heart of the main walking area and situated perfectly to walk in either direction along the river. If you have a car, a staffer quickly whisks it away to some unknown location. We parked on the curb and ran inside to inquire about where to park as there's no real drive/entry area for autos.||||Room: Our room was spectacular. We cannot speak of other rooms, but the superior room with the terrace balcony is lovely. The bathroom shampoo/condition was off-putting. It was located in one of those shower staff pumps and seemed "cheap" given the other room luxuries. The bathroom had a heated towel rack, toilet, bidet, large shower, double sinks and a window that opened.||||Breakfast: There was ample choice and standard fare for a European hotel (meats, cheeses, yogurt, breads, etc).||||Overall, we would stay here again, preferably in the summer so we could fully enjoy the terrace with a nice bottle of wine or maybe sip the hot...

We stayed at EA Atlantic Palace Hotel Karlovy Vary for 19 nights in April 2022. We booked a package with breakfast and lunch included as well as SPA treatment on hotel premises. The hotel SPA is located on the second hotel floor, just steps away from our room upstairs what is very convenient. The hotel is distinctive for perfect location few minutes on feet to all water springs in the heart of the city, just on the banks of Tepla river. We have been provided us with a deluxe spacy room with a balcony. The hotel itself and hotel spa facilities were recently renovated. Our room had an excellent designers furniture and built in spacy cabinets with lights inside, what makes the atmosphere cozy feeling you at home.||We have also to mention dedicated hotel staff in reception, attentiveness of hotel SPA staff and especially Alisa, the manager. We must also to mention the tasty food in hotel restaurant and especially Oleg who is a restaurant chef. ||The hotel is definitely worth the money we paid. We are looking forward to coming back next year and wish the hotel prosperity and success. ||||Alex...

Snídaně vynikající a v pěkném prostředí. Strávili jsme na recepci celkem hodinu a 5 minut, přičemž 50 minut byly odbavovány dva pokoje před námi a 15 minut trvalo odbavení nás. Přitom nám byly dopředu zaslány registrační formuláře k vyplnění, aby byl prý check-in urychlen.
