The hostel is very cheap, which you can see and feel. The rooms are quite small and the showers stink. Unfortunately, after the first night, it turned out that we had BEDBUGS in the room (room number 6), which caused us all to be bitten very badly. We even found one dead, so they must have been there for a while. The owner changed our room and was surprised that no one had reported it before. For the rest of the time we were there, we didn't see any disinfestation being carried out, it looks like the owner might have ignored this. The cleaning lady was very nice, helpful and sweet, but she only speaks Vietnamese, so communication was quite difficult. Booking states that check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00. In fact, check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is until 9 a.m. When it comes to these hours, there is no problem in reaching an agreement with the owner, he allowed us to arrive earlier and stay until 11:00 a.m. on the last day. You have to ask for the code to the key box, because they forget to send it. Very...
Read moreHostel has cancelled my booking on the day when I was to stay there. I managed to another booking done for my stay with another hostel at similar price but it caused me a lot of stress as I was already on my way to the airport to fly to Prague and I had to urgently find new place to stay without too much consideration about place where I was to stay now... What's even more surprising - there were still some spaces at the hotel available for that day as they appearing on booking.com . Please be careful while making booking with this hostel, you might be left stranded or having to pay much more for alternative...
