Arte Bianca is a true gem among bakeries in Prague! We started with their fantastic focaccia – one with mortadella and the other with prosciutto. Both were perfectly fluffy, soft, and full of flavor. Then we couldn’t resist trying all the cannoli from the menu – the pistachio one truly stole the show and is, in our opinion, the best in Prague.
We also enjoyed two excellent ristrettos, refreshing mimosas, and a fresh juice. Everything was made with great attention to quality and authentic Italian taste.
Although the bakery doesn’t have many seats, the cozy atmosphere and friendly service make up for it completely. Arte Bianca Bakery is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a little piece of Italy in Prague – whether for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet break during the day.

I don’t tend to do well with gluten or dairy. But I can have a focaccia with cheese here and feel amazing after. Oh and did I mention literally everything they make is divinely delicious and always ultra fresh? Not once have I received a sandwich or pastry that didn’t have perfect texture. Even the fresh squeezed orange juice tastes different (significantly better) here than any other place in Prague I’ve tried. Pro tip: try the Sicilian lemonade with a pinch of sea...

The croissants were absolutely delicious — perfectly flaky and buttery, exactly as they should be. The drinks were also excellent. The tiramisu was tasty and enjoyable, though for us it didn’t quite stand out as much as the pastries. Still, it was a pleasant treat to finish off the meal.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is cozy and nicely decorated. Seating is limited, so we were lucky to find a table just as someone left — otherwise we might have been standing outside.
Overall, a really nice experience and definitely worth a visit for the...
