We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. They staff and hospitality was wonderful and very attentive. They provided welcome drinks, a welcome fruit basket and plenty of assistance on how to get around and what to see. They are very well located to public transportation. We did take advantage of their garage parking since it was convenient and safe. Note that the entrance to the indoor parking is VERY NARROW and is not for the faint hearted.
Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. Aside from the usual buffet, they offered chef specials like French toast, porridge (oatmeal), omelets, etc.we also had dinner here one night and their risotto and chocolate cake was very yummy.
We travelled with our 17 mon son and they provided a comfortable baby cot (travel crib/ play yard). They also offer free babysitting even though we did not use it.
Their room and bathroom were very comfortable and good size. We stayed in a junior suite and had a king size bed (in addition to crib). Bed is very comfortable and we slept well.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel to anyone and my family and I would...
Read moreAll in all a good stay but room for improvement. |Excellent location in Prague. Situated near public transport, the old town, the river, lots of restaurants and bars. |The rooms are very big and well equipped. Beds are extremely comfortable and large. Air conditioning available. Lovely toiletries and soft towels. Netflix on the tv and complimentary water. |I was worried about the road noise on arrival but the double windows made it very peaceful from the outside. |Staff are very friendly and the welcome drink is a nice touch.|They offered me a pick up from the airport but at €35 I declined and paid €2 for the bus and metro instead, it is about 600m walk from metro to hotel. The breakfast was also €30 which I declined, incredibly expensive! |My room card didn’t work throughout my stay so every time I wanted to get in a member of staff had to use the master key, but this wasn’t really an issue. |At around 2am - 3.30am there were some very drunk men in the corridor making a lot of noise which woke me up. They also tried my door handle. As a solo female traveller this...
Read moreShocking Antisemitism and Disgraceful Service – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!||||||As a mother of four, I am absolutely furious with how this hotel treated us. Our flight was canceled less than 24 hours before we were supposed to check in, and we immediately informed the hotel. Instead of showing any compassion or understanding, they completely ignored us for hours. When they finally decided to respond, they refused to refund us or offer any compromise. We even asked if they could charge us for just one night, but they came up with the most absurd excuse: “We don’t have enough time to clean the room for another guest, so we have to charge you for all six nights!”||||The most infuriating part? Other hotels that my family members were staying at had no issue giving refunds or working with us, but this hotel treated us like we were nothing. Their attitude felt blatantly antisemitic, and they clearly had no interest in helping us.||||I’ve never experienced such disgraceful service – if you care about being treated with basic decency, stay far away...
