I was in this restaurant multiple times but never experienced what I have today. I am not judging food or drinks, it was perfect. If you are not checking age of people you are serving alcohol, your bad but you should be able to offer them first aid when they crash. Today I found young lady on the floor int he bathrooms, clearly fainted and puked and had too much drinks, I ran quickly to first person from the stuff seeking help, it was this bartender with long beard who told me this is none of his business, when I said, she might need ambulance, he said it is up to me to call them if I think she needs them. He would not even offer help to me, a stranger, girl, to help the other one. Thank God his colleague offered to hear me out and searched for her friends to help her. This was a very risky health situation, I have gone though number of Red Cross courses and not to offer first aid help is considered as a crime in this country. Never coming back and you should seriously speak to your stuff! Hopefully the girl is ok, I was checking it for next hour, noone from stuff seemed to care, business seems more important than human...
Read moreWe just visited this restaurant. When we walked in nobody said anything and we had to wait for the staff to be intrested enough to even get somebody to get us to the table. When we finally got to the table, the waitress just smashed the menus in front of us and disappeared without saying a word. After thinking a while we asked for white wine and what we got was nod of a finger and another menu smashed to the table. Food was okay, not great or bad, just okay. For the whole evening none of the waitresses approached our table nor asked if we would like something more. Needless to say we were not very happy with the service. And to top this all off, in the end when we were leaving and paying the blond waitress just nodded her head. We hadn't given any tip, to what she acted like she was hurt and started demanding tip. I'm sorry, but we aren't going to pay for service that we didn't get. Even if the country has some kind of a tip culture, nobody is going to pay for bad service. P.S. The second star comes from the decor,...
Read moreIf your looking for a local restaurant, where the food is nice and tasty, then you should definitely try this place. We stumble up on this restaurant on behalf of the receptionist in our hotels, she recommended this restaurant to us inorder to try some local Czech food. We started lunch with a nice cold Czech beer, which you can never resist after walking for couples of hours. I had a nice juicy homemade burger, which was really delicious. My wife had some cooked potatoes with fried cheese patties accompanied with a creamy sauce, she told me that it was awesome. The price is not too expensive, it costed us 18€ for 2 meals + 2 beers ( plus a tip of course), you can pay by card or cash. The servers were really nice and was always smiling, and they speak English of course. The restaurant is really easy to find and it also offers free WiFi. I highly recommend...
