I stayed at this hotel twice and had a great experience. Because of the great stay I booked my parents a stay for Christmas.
Now my parents cannot travel, as my sister - who has health conditions, has contracted Covid.
I phoned the property and spoke with Tereza, who told me that I could request a refund from this pre paid property off the manager when she is back in (Tereza IS the manager). I then put in a cancellation waiver request with my booking agency. This request was denied.
So now my parents cannot travel for very obvious reasons and Tereza - the manager, will not refund me any of my money. I told her I would be happy to pay for 1 night when I phoned her again, where she confirmed she was the manager. This time she said she would look into it and be happy to offer me a refund for the first night.
This has not happened. And she is ignoring my phonecalls. I got another "deniel" response when requesting a cancellation.
I urge others who are considering staying here to look elsewhere if this is the customer service they...
Read moreWords can't even describe our awe when we walked into our apartment at the Milostranska Residences when we arrived to celebrate New Year's Eve in Prague. We knew from the photos we had jaw-dropping views of St. Nicholas's church, but since we weren't educated on Prague at the time of booking, we had no idea that we were literally situated on one of the best squares in Prague. The apartment had THREE balconies overlooking a stunning view (I think it was called a/the presidential suite) and it felt like being in a Victorian home, in some ways. We also didn't realize when we booked that we were only the shortest of walks to the stunning Charles Bridge on which we rang in the new year. The fireworks right above our head as we stood on our balcony were unreal. And the personal delivery of champagne by the Malostranska was such a nice touch.||We couldn't believe our luck that we got to stay there. I just can't say enough about the location and views. It was perfect for our...
Read moreAmazing experience. We booked the Presidential suite for 6 people and we couldn't be more happy.
The building is beautiful, with many paintings and some statues, and the apartments continue the style. Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, a dining table, a living room, and it had washing machine and dishwasher.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and they even turned on the dishwasher for us.
The location is excellent, in the middle of everything. About the noise, we were in the 3rd floor and there wasn't so much noise. Nothing unbearable. With the windows closed there's absolutely no noise.
But the best of all was all the staff. Tereza, Zdenek and the cleaning staff were all wonderful and friendly. They even had a small gift for us when they found out one of us was turning 60!
When we go back to Prague, we will book again an apartment in...
