Lazenska N4 Residence — Local services in Prague

Stay Away!!!! These crooks charged us 25euro for "excessive trash" without discussing with us, for leaving small kitchen bin full - and we were four ppl in two bedroom apartment for four nights! They also dont advertise that outer courtyard gate is locked at 6pm every day and can only be opened by SMS so 1/ if you dont have local sms (like if you only have data plan), you are out of luck; and 2/ even if you have sms, their broken english instructions were impossible to understand by us and multiple other gueats we met who were stranded outside! Also, they dont provide basic coffee/tea bags that even much cheaper placea do. We now know there are much better and cheaper apts...

Phenomenal location. Right off the main strip. I highly recommend staying in lower town instead of old town. A lot less traps and way more local spots. The rooms were nice and clean, not quite the same look as the pictures, they seem to no longer have the fancy pillows and such, but still good. The pull out couch was short unfortunately in our room, but would be good for kids.

For the price, this place was absolutely worth it. Far better value than a ton of other places that are this close to the main attractions.

Like others have said, only 1 set of keys, but it was funny to have to throw them out...

What a unique setting for a stay, right next to a church, historic property converted into a beautiful room. It has practically everything you need to be there comfortably, just no coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper etc. Otherwise, it's a quieter neighborhood located conveniently close to a small grocery store, tram stop, cafes and restaurants, and the Charles Bridge. I would absolutely recommend and would come back again.

Some things to know: there's only one key, and they send you check in instructions a few hours before check in. We actually received ours quite late. They are responsive...
