From my side, it was below expectations. I traveled to Prague for a conference, and the rooms looked great in the photos. However, it would’ve been really helpful to indicate that not all rooms have air conditioning. That alone might still be manageable, but in my case, the window faced the main road, so it couldn’t be opened due to the noise, though honestly, the sound level with the window closed was just as bad as if it were open.
The room key card often didn’t work sometimes I had to try five times before the door unlocked. The receptionist wasn’t surprised at all, which makes me think this is a common issue.
Also, I understand the importance of environmental consciousness, but since there was only one key card, it wasn’t possible to leave anything charging inside while away, as the card was needed to access the room. At least a few sockets could have been left powered even without the card inserted.
There is parking in the underground garage, but you definitely need some skill to park there, especially with a...

The rooms are mediocre. Thank god the room had air conditioning but other than that there was no fridge in the summer when there was +35 degrees celsius outside and there was no way too cool our water. Also we requested a double bed but got two singles put together. The room service did not vacuum the room floors and it was pretty nasty to walk on it bare foot or with socks given that they do not provide slippers. The sound isolation is also not the greatest, you can hear neighbours talking or taking a shower, or you can hear doors closing and opening in the hallway.
The breakfast was OK, not a big variety of food but plenty and enough for what it was.
To conclude, it was a meh experience, we expected more but for the price of Prague it was bearable. Next time would look for other options to stay in. Definitely not a 4-star hotel as advertised, more like your average - below average...
Read moreOur room was upgraded to a larger 4 bed room which was great because we brought our dog with us so she had more space. The room however was on the front side of the hotel which was quite loud early in the morning with traffic. The hotel is 30+ minute walk away from the main parts of Prague you would want to see.
Breakfast had plenty of options, cooked and cold, being included in already cheap room price was definitely appreciated.
Reception spoke English well and was helpful. We were allowed to keep the car a few more hours parked on the day we left so we had more time to explore the city.
Parking is provided upon request and availability and costs 27 euro per night, which is slightly above average parking cost in Central Prague but you have the convenience of parking...
