My experience at this hotel was probably one of my worst. I have a whole list of issues. This hotel ruined my trip to prague!
All in all -Staff disgustingly rude worst I've experienced location ... 30- Min walk from anything worth seeing food & drink . Not good at all green sausage for breakfast on a main road so loud beds uncomfortable showers tiny

When we arrived we where met by a receptionist with a serious attitude problem ( blonde wavy hair) rolling her eyes at us and snapping like we where stupid we had just arrived and waited in a huge queue to be faced with this attitude disgusting in my opinion.
We got to our room radiator was on full blast it was like a sauna so we opened the window for air and found we where on a Very loud main road! We turned off the radiator but you can imagine with all the rooms this warm it wouldn't cool down and opening the window was just not a option. No air con so asked if they had a fan got told they would look for something for us.
We where as a couple on a romantic valentines weekend put nextdoor to a stag do who where very loud ( as you would expect i hope they had a great time) but why put us next door. After the first night being hot, loud and sleepless we asked receptionist ( brunette) if she could do anything she was the only good thing about this hotel very kind and understanding and helpfull shame her colleague couldn't learn from her. We where given another room which was beautiful and quiet facing the garden.
Night 2 got back from a night out desperate for the toilet I ran on ahead without my partner. He asked blonde receptionist if I had come through reception. She responded abrasives and with a stupid look he asked her was she was so rude he was only asking a question she yelled at him and he walked off.
When I got to my room I tried to turn on the Aircon didn't work and then tv didn't work so I called reception for help. She told me I had to pay for Aircon and she can't fix tvs. My partner took the phone asked if they found a fan she said she knew nothing about it and hung up on us.
Next morning she confronted us as we walked through reception asking why we called her rude we explained. She didn't appologise just said "okay you can go now" we said .... "again ... rude"
Breakfast was disgusting 🫣 even for continental I found a green hotdogs sausage as a option and the toaster only just worked.
Mattress hard and double was two singles pushed together.
Roughly a 30-40 min walk to old town so a bit to far to talk for us personally spent a lot of time...
Read moreIf you are disabled or have a little one in a pushchair then this hotel is not for you . The ramp for wheelchairs & buggies is steeper than our local skate ramp . I mean it’s great if you fancy some extreme sports or you fancy some weight lifting training by carrying the whole buggy up and down the stairs . Our room was between the first and second floor but the lift didn’t go up the second flight of stairs to the room so my partner had to carry the buggy up and down the stairs daily . Breakfast was interesting to say the least . You can have boiled egg on toast , yogurt and fruit , some sort of smoked bacon and some dodgy looking square omelette. There is also a choice of broccoli , rice and salad for breakfast too . Rooms are ok to be fair , bathrooms could do with a lick of paint but it’s a cheap hotel so I can’t complain about paint work for the price . Beds were comfortable and there was enough blankets but both my partner and my child kept waking up with new bites on them . Staff …. Well the ones on the desk are just plain rude . They won’t life a finger for anyone unless you are young and single . We asked for clean towels & milk for our room and it was a plain no . We were there when the men on the front desk were being slimy to some young Italian students . When we complained about the students being very loud at 2am and smoking in their rooms which was worrying as they were drunk ….. the staff really didn’t care . It was nerve racking in case they set fire to our part of the hotel . There was one lady that does the breakfast in the big room , she’s got short hair . You can’t miss her cause she’s the only one that actually smiles at you when you walk in . She is lovely and I was very grateful for her during our stay . The hotel itself is in a convenient location and that was the best part. Would I go to Prague again …. Absolutely… would I stay here again …. Absolutely not . If you fancy a no frills cheap hotel just for a bed and a bed bug then this is...
Read moreTerrible Hotel Experience – A Memorable Stay for All the Wrong ReasonsMy stay at Prague Centre Plaza was a deeply disappointing and dehumanizing experience. We arrived at 00:30, only to find no receptionist available. Left waiting outside with two sleeping children, we received no acknowledgment or care from the hotel’s management. When the staff member David eventually showed up, his demeanor was sarcastic and disrespectful. He mocked us by saying "Use your hands!" when I asked for help with the luggage. His attitude was not only unprofessional but downright insulting—completely unfit for someone working in hospitality. Frankly, his placement would be better suited to bathroom cleaning than guest relations. The rooms we were given were shockingly uninhabitable, more suitable as storage spaces or worker dormitories than for paying guests. It felt intentionally degrading. After lodging a complaint the next day, other staff members did move us to slightly better rooms—but they lacked air conditioning. In sweltering temperatures, we had to keep the windows open, enduring unbearable street noise all night long.As for breakfast—it was a disgrace. Though it ends at 10:00, by 9:30 most food was gone. When I asked the staff about eggs and cheese, she responded coldly: “Sorry, everything’s finished.” And I wasn’t the only one left hungry; many guests were sipping coffee with nothing else available. This hotel undermines the reputation of Prague’s hospitality. Appalling service, demeaning behavior from a rude staff member, substandard rooms, and a breakfast that evokes pity and frustration. A place to avoid if you want even a remotely...
