Disappointing experience – not recommended

During our stay, we unfortunately experienced very unfriendly and at times openly hostile behavior from three younger female receptionists / employees. In another publicly available review of the associated sauna facilities, similar behavior had already been described. In stark contrast, there was also one female staff member (mid age) who was exceptionally friendly and courteous towards us, which made the difference in attitude stand out even more.

What struck us in particular was that my partner, who has a darker skin tone, was treated in a clearly hostile manner by one of the younger receptionists / employees in a certain situation. Shortly afterwards, we witnessed the very same receptionist being not hostile in an almost identical situation with a white European guest. To us, this difference in behavior felt discriminatory. This happened after the same staff member had attempted to insult me in an unprofessional manner.

We also found the surroundings of the property problematic: in the immediate vicinity there are several brothels, sauna clubs, sex shops, and stores selling cannabis. Just a few meters away is another low-cost hostel, where many young, often intoxicated guests stay and party loudly throughout the night. In the nearby streets, we frequently encountered heavily intoxicated people. Additionally, within the first few days, we witnessed a racist insult directed at a Black person right in front of the hostel. The KFC around the corner even requires two security guards at the entrance — which says a lot.

The sleeping capsule itself did not look clean on the white background. The mattress cover did not fit properly, exposing the old, used mattress underneath. Overall, in my opinion, the hygiene was not up to standard.

Conclusion: Despite the central location, we will not return. We expected hospitality, but instead experienced the opposite. Anyone who values respectful treatment should think carefully before...

NO HOT WATER. What kind of a hotel doesn’t have hot water? Especially you’re running a Sauna in the basement. Only time the water was warm it went cold after two minutes. And then no matter how many times they said they turn back on the boiler it’s still no hot water at all. NO HOT WATER, avoid this hotel people.

Added after hotel’s response: My bathroom OUT OF HOT WATER in the morning, at noon, late afternoon, evening. And both on weekday and weekend, cold raining day and sunny day. Staff at reception are very nice and professional, but according to how they react to my complaints, it’s obvious the issue happened REGULARLY. Please fix and update the facilities before taking more customers. I am not over reacting, this is not a review of how I feel or how luxury it should be, it’s simply a truth of what happened and it’s the bare minimum condition required to run a hotel. I should even leave more one star review for each night...

Hotel, který vznikl změnou dispozice činžovního domu. Pro mladé, kteří požadují ubytování na jednu noc, se nabízí systém jednolůžkových pokojů (bez WC), hezky v soukromí. Podrobně jsem nabídku však nestudoval. Pro větší skupinky se nabízí v nejvyšším patře apartmán se 4 spacími místy (letiště, jednolůžko a sedačku v obývacím pokoji). Apartmán disponuje účelovou kuchyní s varnou deskou a troubou (třeba na mlazenou pizzu), lednici (třeba na chlazené nápoje a ovoce), televizi, dvěma toaletami a koupelnou s vanou i sprchou.

Pozor, roubíky, ani mýdla nejsou v koupelně. Nutné si je separátně vyžádat nebi přivést vlastní.

Povlečení čisté, podlaha vytřená a všude je běžný pořádek. Jako problematické bych viděl pach z cigaret, neboť nikde není uvedeno, zda je apartmán kuřácký či nikoliv. Protože se jedná o střešní vestavbu, střešní okna nejsou nijak manipulovatelná a jiná v bytě nejsou. Vestavba je dvoupatrová, s dřevěnými schody. Nevhodné tedy pro bezbariérový přístup!

V hotelu je maličký výtah max. pro 2 osoby. Recepce není non-stop, dá vám však přístup do budovy v podobě PIN kódu u hlavních dveří.

Na svou cenu nabízí ubytování v porovnání s okolními hotely super poměr cena-užitek. Spravedlivě udělují ⭐⭐⭐. To sice nereflektuje třídu ubytování (tam bych udělil max. dvě hvězdičky), ale vlastně se mi kvůli lokalitě místo líbilo.

Hotel nemá...
