really disappointing meal here, was hoping for a nice meal but left feeling much to be desired. our server seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but the restaurant while taking our orders. the dishes that were brought to us did not match what is presented on the menus outside (bun nem depicted with fish sauce separate from rest of dish) which is misleading to say the least The spring rolls were delicious, I will say that much - however, the rest of the dish was lacking as the fish sauce was incredibly watered down and the only taste I could register was the cilantro. Noodles, for whatever reason, are cut / broken into pieces such that it is difficult to possess a decent portion for eating, on top of being overcooked. Again, disappointing experience and judging from the defensiveness and deflection of the owner's responses to other critical reviews, nothing is being done to address these issues. would not recommend here for a meal, I had a better experience at Phuong Nam Restaurace nearby

Went here during my stay in Prague, really cozy little restaurant with a menu in English as well as Czech (much appreciated). Very affordable with big portions of food that all tasted very well. I went for the Pho which definitely delivered some kick (to my delight). It is quite common that places like this hold back on the spice. Not Pho Mai anh. An extra chili was cut up and served in a bowl on the side with my dish, so I could add more chili as I saw fit. Very delicious and felt very authentic, would recommend for others who enjoy Vietnamese food.

worst vietnamese food ever!! totally agree with someone commenting on Bun Cha before me: first off, no sauce apart from the dish. Noodles overcooked and *cut into 3cm long* (which makes it hard to eat with chopsticks). They are in a "watery liquid" that was supposed to be the fish sauce but had zero taste. The meat looked old and was very chewy. Also I found a hair!! you can see all in pictures. It's the first time I actually take the time to take pictures for a review.... Not to mention the zero enthusiasm the young girl had when we ordered...
