Hostal Santa María Gracia — Hotel in Mariscal Sucre

I made a reservation in this hostal in a website I have been using for years and booking rooms in many countries around the world, never had a problem. I booked a room in this hostal and when I arrived to check in the owner tried to cherge three times the price which was in the reservation saying it was the website´s mistake. It´s up to the hostal the responsibility for what they anounce in the website, they do not know how to work and make confusions, the owner was not able even to find my reservation so I showed him my print confirmation and he got very surprised. Anyway I did not agree with the price and went away to find another place. It´s not a matter if their price was correct or not they must anounce properly and check the website, and not let the incorrect price for weeks on the web. The owner now can answer anything he wants here but he and the hostal made an amateur mistake they should never do to guests, first time I saw such mistake...
