Arena Negra — Hotel in Parroquia Bella Vista

This is a great little place, nothing fancy but a clean spacious room with 4 comfortable single beds. There is a common kitchen that you can use and it is located about 10 minute walk from the main part of town. ||||The room was a two room unit with the outer room having the bathroom, a table, chairs, and a sink and counter, the other room had the four single beds. ||||The place was clean and well maintained and only cost $70 cad for 3 of us. The bedroom did have an air conditioner but we didn't use it's we like to be energy cautious and in the evening it cooled down enough. ||||The people at the front desk don't speak English, they did there best to help us out, and with the advent of google translate we were able to figure out what we need. ||||If you are looking for a clean affordable place you can't go wrong...

It's a basic hostal which will give you good value. The accommodation is very cheap ($39 per room per night), but the rooms are humongous!! The single room could easily fit 3 people, at least! There is a big common terrace connecting the rooms with sofa so it's nice for a hangout place. There is a dining room and kitchen that guests could use. The rooms were clean, the ac was cold. It's located a bit off the main road, but easily accessible in about 10 minutes walk. OK it is a budget type hotel. It is very clean for less than 40dollars we have two rooms with bathroom and shower. The air conditioning was working and the rooms were clean every day. The staff was very helpful and the place is close to Darwin center. We went few times to the beach just by Darwin center and swam with huge turtle. I slept in worse brand names hotels.
