Ambassador — Hotel in Tallinn

We stayed here for 1 month. On the first day we arrived, a drunk young man wanted to enter using our password, he constantly banged and shouted on a window from the entrance floor at night, and the music did not stop until the morning. The next day it continued again during the day. Another day, a woman and a young girl banged on the windows of the entrance during the day, shouted, and called out to the people in the building, "Is anyone there?". Also, there are always drunk people around the building asking you for something. There is definitely a noise every weekend. At 5 in the morning they are shouting and singing and making noise. The people who come here make noise without thinking of other people because they come to celebrate a party or something. Also, 2 weeks ago, alarms started ringing and they didn't stop for 1 hour. We preferred this place until we found a permanent home, but we were not satisfied at all. I do not recommend. The only feature is close...

This place appears to be recently renovated; majority of the building are apartments, part of the building is a dentist office. The building is clean and modern. Cameras through out the building, however, people still rush in when leaving out the building or going into the building. The building is centrally local so a quick walk to Old Town Tallinn, movie theater, many shops, and food places nearby.

Also, there is no elevator. The laundry machines are oddly placed.

I really didn’t have any complaints until a few days ago, every morning a man is hitting and drilling something above me, and apparently concern about if I’m leaving or watching tv all day. This morning the building decided a fire drill without notice, which woke me out of my sleep. Customer service is very slow to reply. I left my reservation early due to many inconvenience and safety...

We stayed for one night as a family of four in a “roomy” apartment. On arrival we received a warm welcome and were able to leave the bags in the room before check in time whilst the cleaner finished up. The apartment was really bright with lots of wardrobe space. We had a double bed in a side room (glass fronted but with a mesh curtain, and the teenagers shared the sofa bed in the living area. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Towels, bedding, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all provided. There was a laundry room although we didn’t use it. The room had a balcony and kitchen area. Location was good, a 15 minute stroll to the old town. Check out on the app was easy and staff responsive on WhatsApp with any questions. The apartment was great value and we...
