Terrible, I had the worst experience in this place almost one month ago, I supposed to do this claim before but unfortunately I had no time. The blond girl and brunette girl who stayed at the middle bar near the bathroom was not worried about costumers, long lines, many people at the bar and they were taking shots and making customers wait. when they decided to come to the counter, they didn't care about our waiting. Of course laughed, and than I commented to my friends that the service was not good, because during the work we can not to drink, and they were always drinking.

they became stressed by my laughter and asked the security guy to get me out of the bar, when questioning why, he told me the girls at the bar asked. How come? who are they? what is this place that the owner lets the bartender kick customers out of? I wasn't rude, I didn't treat them badly, I just laughed and thought their service was horrible and they need the take care of the customers, they need them. I work with customers and I treat them in the best possible way, so today after almost 1 month I feel like coming here to express my displeasure in this place, I am always in Tallinn, I intend never to return and not recommend to my friends who are here always on business, never set foot in this place. I came to this bar two years ago and had a great experience — good food and friendly, attentive staff.

This time, it was the complete opposite. The staff clearly didn’t care about their job. We waited 30 minutes just to get a menu, even though there were only about 10 customers and 5 staff members. Instead of working, most of them were scrolling on their phones or joking around with each other behind the bar. When someone finally gave us menus, it took another 20 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order.

The food was cheap and basic, which was expected, but the service was unacceptable. Nobody offered us water until we asked for it halfway through our meal — again after struggling to get the waiter’s attention.

Ordered from Bolt, one of the worst places I have eaten in my life.

Before ordering, we laughed at the listings on there with photos not matching the items (things like salmon pasta with a photo of a chocolate cake and ice cream), but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was alright. Never been more wrong. Even the dog wouldn’t eat the pasta.

The “mac and cheese” is just penne pasta, not mac and cheese at all, the so-called “side of honey mustard sauce” with the cheesy jalapeños seems to be just sweet chilli sauce. Maybe the kinda funny but misleading photos are on purpose.
