Can recommend! Went after lunch, the doughnuts were a good texture, not dry and towards being dense with a good amount of air in them. The icing is generous, some flavours are stronger than others - this was only found out after eating them all 😂. The pistachio was very good, and the raspberry & vanilla was outstanding! Decent selection of good quality teas. Can seat 9 but during these pandemic times less is more. It's better to take away where possible. Would give it a 5 but as total package the cafe side needs more work. With that said, I am fully aware that many businesses are operating on less and less so I'm happy they're focusing on their core business, doughnuts, and nailing it!

Just like many others have said: the customer service is unfriendly. The staff was not directly rude when we visited but they barely talked and had an odd attitude. You had to be asking for napkins and cutlery because everything was missing all the time. And when you did ask, the staff was mute and gave you a funny look.

Food was mid. Donut selection was boring. Bagels (the bread) were actually really good, but the side dish options need an upgrade. I don’t want to be eating potato chips and a little bit of lettuce (which btw also had random vegan ”chicken” in it) when I already have this enormous bagel. Fresh fruits or salad with more than just lettuce would be better. Their marketing pictures promise way better meals than this.

The doughnuts were sweet, but quite bland. Nice texture and generous amount of frosting though. Main taste in both flavours (blueberry and mango) was just the powdered sugar. I really would have hoped for a stronger flavour and more cardamom.

Interior was nice and simple with some local art, but it was quite hot inside. For some reason the service was extremely slow, waited 20 minutes before getting to order with just 2 orders before us. No greeting or noticing from the waiter before it was our turn, once she got to us the service was good.

I don't think I'll visit again, because for me the doughnuts weren't special enough to justify the...
