From the very beginning, the experience was confusing and unwelcoming. The staff provide a map but no clear instructions on how to begin or where to go, which left us wandering aimlessly.
The so-called “appetiser” area was particularly poor. Instead of being inviting, they literally block the entry with a notice board, making you wait for staff to seat you. When you do get in, the food is dreadful and the champagne is both poor quality and rationed to a single glass per person.
The biggest problem, however, is the spa itself. The water temperature in every pool—indoor and outdoor—was uncomfortably cold, even cooler than an ordinary shower. On top of that, more than half of the spa facilities were out of order: saunas, steam rooms, heated loungers, and showers either not working or stone cold. Even in the men’s changing area, half the hairdryers don’t blow warm air.
Yes, the view of Mont Blanc is beautiful, but that is the only redeeming feature. Unfortunately, you will spend most of your time watching couples line up for Instagram photos rather than enjoying a spa. At €70 per person, the whole experience feels like a bad joke.
Management should seriously reconsider their approach to quality control. This is a capital-intensive, brand-dependent business, and allowing such poor standards to persist is not sustainable.

By the way, the walking direction in Google map is wrong. You need to use common sense to cut through the tennis courts instead of blindly...
Read moreOne star for the marketing efforts. From the outside - the beautiful ads of the place in the lobby, the design of the lobby space, the music in the lobby, the decor at the entrance - suggest a wonderful relaxing experience. But in reality, as soon as you pass the lobby area, the satisfying image starts to fall apart. Poor organization of rooms and supplies, no hygiene measurements, rude staff and ridiculous meal. It’s clear that the owners and workers do not care about their clients or the space itself. The water in the pools and tubs was filled with dirt and hair, the walls and paintings on them covered with dust, toilet trash overfilled, some sauna rooms not working, tea thermoses empty throughout the entire night. Everywhere they remind you that you are on a “wellness journey”, “wellness in progress”, but then give you a “meal” that consists of two packs of chips and a couple of sad jars with cheap quality cheese and olives, in addition, the woman who works at the cafeteria speaks to you in a rude tone, because you did not know that one small tray is to be shared between two people, and not meant to be one for each. Taking a bath at home is a more relaxing experience than...
Read moreWe had a terrible experience here. The videos online make this place look amazing. But our visit was so crowded with people we could barely fit in the hot tub (which was not hot) or the sauna, which was also cold. The foot baths were so heavily used, the water was unsanitary. We could barely move through the facilities without being bumped into. We left after 30 minutes, laughing at how terrible it was. I left more angry and unrelaxed than if I stayed at home. I asked for a refund, which they will not give you. I would recommend going somewhere else or just try to enjoy a hot shower, you will have a better experience. Amazing facilities, but a poorly...
