Neapolis — Restaurant in Bonneville

Today me and my sister walked into the restaurant and from the beginning we were treated so badly, since two day we have been coming to this restaurant and each time we were welcomed with excuses like (we can't serve food the kitchen is closed) so this time we can right in the dinner time and we proceeded to sit in the table so the waiter told us it's "booked" so we moved to another place and he then once again told us that we can't sit on these tables!! For some reason that I don't remember! He was frowning and seemed very irritated I was kind of scared for myself and my child (who was in the stroller) after that my father came and the waiter proceeded to disrespect my father by telling him that my child and sisters child strollers were in the way! He might have been right about this but the way he said was so disrespectful he them frowned and said (uffff!) so my father couldn't take it anymore and he went to tell the waiter with an attitude respectfully that he shouldn't talk to us this way, he them justified his behavior with a bad excuse, and frowned again, so I couldn't take it anymore and took a picture of the restaurant and told him that I will put this in Twitter (which I will) so then the waiter was so scared he apologized to my dad 🤣 I then told him that he has been having an attitude with us from the beginning so he replied to me badly so I told him you are doing this because you are racist so he admitted that he is racist! Yes people.. The waiter in this restaurant is racist! Beware my fellow Muslim because you don't want to be served by a racist waiter who openly admitted in front of many people that he hates Muslims and he is racist!! I am so disappointed I thought people here have more tolerance towards other people from different nationalities and religions, turns out I am wrong and we are still in the 18th...

I hesitate to write a bad review as restaurants have had a tough time the past few years. I would not recommend this place at all. My daughter was brought the wrong drink and the waiter spilled it in on her placemat and did not clean it up. Food came out in less than 10 minutes and my seafood pasta had fingernail sized mussels and one shrimp shell, and no meat inside! Lasagne was in a small airport style dish and was just ok. Bread was in a small paper bag so wrinkled it seem to have been re used. They were in a huge rush to close banging chairs around us and sliding tables even though it was an hour before. It was recommended by our host but will ask her to please remove...

A beautiful restaurant by the river with a great view of the mountains- we highly recommend! We left with happy tummies and very full hearts from the warm service we received.

The pasta was delicious and a big portion (we had the tortellini and carbonara), and we can't say thank you enough to the staff here for making a very special day even more special- when they noticed we were celebrating an engagement, they were so kind and celebrated along with us.
