Le Tourville — Restaurant in Paris

The worst restaurant experience in my whole life! There is no manager, no responsible at this place where ruins your night with the friends. At the arrival, the waiter asked me not to go upstairs, saying confidently “it is completely full”! I said ok, I will take a look as I should join the friends. I went upstairs and more than the half of the space was vacant and unreserved! Later on at the table, the waitress hit my sister’s head with the edge of the plate and to our supprise, laughing at her instead of apologizing! Honestly we were so lucky that we didn’t end up the night at the hospital. At the paying moment, the same waitress literally threw the credit cards to the customers after making the payment on machine! Being shocked with the experience, We tried to find a responsible to give feedbacks that night, there was no such a person. Well, not surprising, looking at their behaviour and service… Horrible and...

I would like to share my experience at the restaurant. Overall, the restaurant is beautiful and offers a comfortable atmosphere, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue regarding their table pricing policy. I noticed that there is a manager of Asian descent who controls the table prices in a way that seems unfair. He asked Arab customers to pay €100 for a table, not including food or service, while customers of other nationalities were not subjected to the same charge.

I wonder if this practice reflects some form of discrimination, or if there are other reasons behind this price disparity. I believe it's important for prices to be fair for all customers, regardless of their backgrounds. I hope that the management will address this issue to create a more equitable environment for...

We sat down for dinner and we were served by a very nice waiter but the manager came, an oriental ma, he was really rude, and he changed the waiter and as a consequence of that they brought us all the wrong food! It's really a shame because the waiter was very friendly and nice! The manager really made a very bad decision to change the waiter. the place was not crowded and there were no unattended people. I put 2 stars because of the manager who was oriental. but the service of the waiter was excellent until they changed it. I would give it 5 stars just...
