Excellent service! We are American, and everyone at this store was helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had an informed and smooth (and safe! They take care to not let too many people in at once) experience. We were made to feel incredibly welcome at all times. Our salesperson brought all the glasses my fiancé wanted to see over to him at a mirror so he could look. He gave us details about each pair, and was also very clear and helpful in explaining how we could get our tax refund at the airport when we left.

He also took great care in beautifully wrapping up purchase when we finished, and gave us ample information about warranty and tax savings.

I had a lovely experience in this store on my birthday last year! It was my first time in a high-end store and I know the shopping experience there can be intimidating for a first timer. However, every employee was so sweet to my boyfriend and I, the lady that took care of me tended to my every need when picking my product and touched up my makeup which was super sweet.
