Kind and warm place with exceptional service and beverage. My family and I were traveling to Paris for the first time and having trouble to find my parents (who are in their 70s) toilets. This was I think due to many public toilets being closed because of the Gilets jaune. Being one of the most visited city in the world, I understand that many places make sure that restroom can only be used by customers. And we don't mind that but sometimes it gets lost in translation.
After being rejected to use the restaurant nearby to use their restroom, because they are in their recess time. We tried and go to this place. The whole staff from the waitress to the man and the lady behind the bar were all kind to let us the restroom before we even sit and order.
Thank you. I have a really good experience here. I enjoyed sitting in your warm patio sipping on the Tahiti latte. It was delicious and came in a huge sized mug.
I will definitely try your...
Read moreComments fooled us. The service is slow compared to many other burger restos, they didn’t bring nor even asked if we wanted any sauce (study some burgershop service providing 101…) - but sweet potatos were ice cold at the first place, so we didn’t ask for sauce.. Burger is sooo basic, cheese balls with jalepeno is really good though. Portion of the french fries is dissapointing- may not be ideal for sharing. And we also sneaked a peek at the kitchen on our way to WC: The kitchen is messy, behind its time. We also saw the waiter touching with his bear hands to the brownie he was about to serve. Extremely overrated. I can not go without saying that, due to the misleading comments we have expected a decent place in general, however the priority was not customer satisfaction. Finally, you can pay the bill only online on their useless app and you are charged 0.99€ as a...
Read moreArrived 30 minutes before closing. We were told we had to takeaway which was fine and to wait in the terrace which was full of people. In the meantime, we were served a carafe of water while we were waiting. After the food arrived, we were told we had to leave, although we were not eating our food and were just drinking the water we were served. After another few minutes, a waiter came and forcibly took all of the food we had paid for and told us to leave (meanwhile there were many tables still full on the terrace). At this point, a fight almost broke out over the insane reaction from the waitstaff. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t...
