⚠️BEWARE⚠️STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
I am not exaggerating, please stay in this hotel if you want to get yelled at by this front desk staff!!
We arrived late at night, I greeted him with a “Good evening”, he responded with a “Bonsoir”. We took out our passports and put them on the counter. The whole time he was on his computer minding his business as if we didn’t exist. After a solid 20 seconds of silent, I just said a “Hello, we’d like to check in?”. Then he RAGED OUT. He literally stood up yelled at me word to word “I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE!!!! YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT!!! WE HAVE A TECHNICAL ISSUE!!! SIT OVER THERE AND WAIT!!!”
Later he start verbally attacking my personality, and say he would refuse to check us in because I’m “rude”. At one point he even got out of the counter and THREATENED me, and I have to state that I will call the police, then finally he checked us in. What a night. I really felt my life is in danger because we will be sleeping in a room for 3 night where he holds the master key and could enter our room easily. Let alone what dirty work he would do while we get our rooms clean.
However, I would like to point out that all the other staff (younger men) are super nice, the other times when we passed by the lobby/ checkout, very efficient and polite. That’s why I put out pictures for fairness to other employees. This comment is SPECIFICALLY for him.
Before I booked this hotel I already saw a lots of negative comments especially about the services. And I really did not expect any spectacular services, as I know what kind of level of hotel I booked. At first I still thought “Maybe the guests are asking for too much?”But turns out ALL THE COMMENTS ARE RIGHT. Is a normal human interaction from him too much to ask for? One thing I have noticed that this hotel loves to talk back against the negative feedback on the internet, maybe it’s already the first red flag everyone should notice🚩
As someone who is working in the hospitality industry, especially front office, the manager must have know about his mental issues but they chose to ignore it. Or maybe even worse, that he IS the manager, then maybe this hotel owner should really reconsider.
*I will NOT take this comment/ photos down, all the consumer have their rights to know about this!!
*You can take legal action whatsoever, I am not afraid to show my full name, you can check CCTV and know I am not lying, I will not come back to France ever again.

Read moreIf I had the chance to visit Paris again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel. I should point out that when I was choosing a hotel, I read reviews online and came to the conclusion that hotels in Paris are quite expensive, with small rooms and modest, repetitive breakfasts. So, when choosing a hotel, you have to be ready to make some compromises. The downsides of this hotel – poor soundproofing. I could hear neighbors singing and making love. But since my plan was to walk around Paris a lot, I usually came back to the room and fell asleep instantly, and not even a cannon shot could have woken me up. Also, if I understood correctly, the hairdryer overheats and switches off until it cools down. But since it was so hot in Paris, I didn’t use the hairdryer anyway. The advantages: an amazing location – just step outside and take a few steps, and you can see the Eiffel Tower. If you walk for about 20 minutes, you’ll reach it. There are several metro stations nearby, which makes it very convenient to get anywhere in the city. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, air conditioning, a kettle, and when I asked for a fridge, they brought one to the room. The staff were very responsive, and the room cleaning was excellent. We booked a room without breakfast to have more flexibility and try French products, so the fridge was very useful. Many thanks to the hotel staff – you made our stay in Paris comfortable...
Read moreMust read review- worth reading to avoid inconveniences in you Paris experience. First and foremost I have to mention Christine, the owner of this very bad maintained hotel, what a rude and unpleasant person. Throughout all my fun experiences in Paris she is literally the first mean person I met here. And the saddest thing is that she owns the hotel! When you see how the owner of a business treating his clients you immediately can figure why the hotel is so so so bad. The gentleman doing the night shifts is very nice and helpful. At least someone cares about Christines business if not her. The rooms- The part that bothered me the most is the smell. Everything is just so stinky from the carpet to the towels. And I am not a super sterile person, but this was just so bad, they have so many bad reviews on smell, can you just do something about it? The towels are just so bad makes you wanna puke. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking cause it was a last minute thing.
The mattress make noises, mattress today are so not expensive to just leave these old mattresses. In the morning you wake up to noises coming from upstairs when the cleaning lady is cleaning. You can hear walking, vacuuming, toilet flushing. Literally everything.
Honestly, this looks nothing like the pictures.
The only semi ok thing , the room we got was slightly bigger for...
