I requested a design inspired by the beautiful arrangements featured in her glowing Google reviews, and not only did she deliver, but she surpassed every expectation I had.

The bouquet was truly a dream come to life. Every detail was perfect—elegant, vibrant, and crafted with such love and care. I was delighted to find this beautiful flower shop right next to my hotel. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the loveliest and most soft-spoken lady. She was incredibly kind, and her warmth made my visit so special. Her husband was also very helpful, with an amazing eye for detail, ensuring everything was perfect. Their service is truly exceptional, and you can tell they put their heart into what they do. I will forever choose her for flowers whenever I’m in the area. Wishing them more success in the future. Bonjour, je voulais mettre un avis dans le but de faire progresser. Je me permets de raconter l’histoire ; J’ai appelé par téléphone (car j’étais pressé et pour que ça soit prêt à mon arrivé) pour leur demander de préparer un beau bouquet de fleur pour le donner en cadeau. En arrivant sur place, le bouquet n’était pas tout à fait prêt , les fleurs choisies sont moches avec une tournesol au centre, les tiges des fleurs partent dans tous les sens. J’étais choqué en le voyant. Je leur ai demandé de changer car je ne peux pas le donner comme cadeau meme gratuitement à quelqu’un dans la rue. Ils ont accepté et j’ai choisis moi même les fleurs, sachant que je j’étais pressée. Une fois le bouquet est fait, elle a emballé le haut des fleurs et a laisser les tiges visibles et qui partent dans tous les sens. Je lui ai demandé de les mettre un papier pour les cacher et pour que ça soit beau à voir . De plus, avec le bouquet , elle n’a pas donné les éléments nutritifs des fleurs; c’est moi qui l’avait demandé. Elle a fini par me faire payer le bouquet à 52euros . Très déçu de cette prestation. Ce n’est pas cela du tout que j’atteindrais d’un Fleuriste. Et si, on veut pas s’investir pas dans le métier qu’on a choisi, on le fait pas. Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre des avis mais là je trouve que c’est nécessaire. Je l’envoie vraiment dans le but de progression et qu’on pourrait faire mieux la prochaine...
