Castorama — Local services in Paris

Am a client of castorama birhakeim I like this place but last time I went like usually to do my shopping I didn't find all my needs so I returned what I took and when am leaving the security guy stop me to search me and he ask me to go to a special room he was respectable and I understand he is doing his job so and surely he didn't find anything and suddenly another guy appeared he was so offensive and unrespectful and he start to ask where did u hide the stuff I told him that u search me very well and u didn't find anything with me so go look to ur camera u will see that I returned them but he was so agressive and he still asking and in unrespectable way where did u hide them and at the end he found out that they was wrong and even he...

I bought some supplies and 2 wooden boards. First was 2000mm x 500mm x 18mm Second was 2500mm x 500mm x 18mm.

I had a simple demand of cutting the boards into a few precise pieces which would then be put together. Unfortunately, NONE of the boards were cut correctly.

Each piece was either too short or too long. This made the building process painfully hard. We had to go back to the store and buy a saw just for this reason because we didn't trust the staff to cut the boards anymore.

Another thing was regarding the discount from the stores loyalty card. The staff was sending me back and forth across the whole store because they didn't know who is supposed to give me the discount.

Totally happy with the service I received, I have been to this shop before but this time I found Mr. Ibrahim a great shopper assistance. He didn’t refuse to provide support , and even went beyond his duties.

He showed me the products i needed but also gave me advice on how to improve my working project. I appreciated his help and the time he spent explaining and showing me the materials to use.
