We booked as a family of 4 - we stayed in the apartment - part of the hotel but next door. We walked in and were taken aback by the beautiful decor the mod cons were so good. It was like a dream show home! They thought of everything when designing this place! When you enter through the front door you are greeted by a lovely sitting room. The decor was so beautiful - warm lighting, modern design and cosy at the same time. We turned to our right and there was an amazing stylish kitchen (open plan as part of the living room). The details were what made it special - even down to the glasses and plates they were all so luxurious, great quality nothing cheap at all. The saucepans were a highlight for me too such good quality! I can’t believe it’s only 3 star! I’d say it was 4.5 minimum! |There was a humungous tv opposite the kitchen which came out at an angle so you could relax on the sofa and watch Netflix. The kitchen included a dishwasher, fridge freezer, digital hob, extractor fan, loads of storage space, cleaning products, nice table mats, posh black cutlery, there wasn’t anything they didn’t have! A full roll of bin bags, dishwasher tabs, tea towels - washing up stuff! ||The living area included a beautiful marble table and 4 chairs, a dresser with a really cool Bluetooth speaker / radio. There’s a safe hidden away in a cupboard. A couple of fancy comfy chairs to lounge on. And the really cool sofa bed! The sofa bed was comfy and so easy to pop in and out with storage space for the pillows. The kids loved it especially as they had the big tv facing them! ||The bathroom was beautiful - dark green metro tiles and really lovely wooden cabinet sink with loads of towels and storage. The giant mirror lit up with different brightness modes. There’s a heated towel rail, and A large shower with nice easy controls and always lovely hot water. ||The bedroom was beautiful - again amazing decor warm and inviting a large extremely comfortable bed with a cool space-saving clothes rail on the wall. A big tv and some shelving units with built in reading lights either side of the bed and charger ports in the walls. Amazing! We didn’t even need to use our uk / eu adapter plugs! ||There’s a side door where you have direct access to an outdoor patio area which is shared with other units in the building, there isn’t any outdoor seating but you can step outside for fresh air. The only one little downside to the apartment was the lack of windows that you can open for fresh air - however this wasn’t an issue as it was cold outside but it’s nice to open a window every now and then. ||All in all the apartment exceeded our expectations and I basically want to redecorate my own house based on this apartment it was so beautiful! |There wasn’t anything cheap about it - the rug in the lounge was so thick and soft i located the label so I can buy one myself and even that was really expensive! When we return to Paris we will 100% be staying here again. ||The location was perfect - about halfway between the metro stations Trocadero and boissiere. Easy links to explore Paris. The hotel is just A short 6-7 minute walk to the trocadero to view the Eiffel Tower. And a 10-15 minute walk in the opposite direction to the arch de triomphe||There’s a shop opposite the hotel carrefour express, there are other small supermarkets very close by on the main road leading to trocadero aswell as plenty of cafes and restaurants. I loved the hotel lobby aswell it was so warm and inviting and fun with quirky decor! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the cafe nearby for a quick lunch “pomme de pain”|Delicious baguettes and brownies! ||We will definitely recommend this place to everyone. I don’t know why the reviews are not great because we couldn’t fault a thing! I wonder if the hotel rooms are not as impressive as...
Read moreMy ground floor room was small, as advertised, but nicely furnished. The hotel lobby has a hipster vibe with nice wall decor and furniture. ||The bathroom has very new fixtures (shower, toilet, sink, tile). The shower was especially spacious and had very good water pressure. The bed was a comfortable European queen-ish size bed. Two twin beds put together. The linens and pillows were comfortable and soft. There's a small table in the corner of the room and a desk chair. That was the only sitting space in the room. The room has air conditioning via a split ac unit, but I didn't use it during my stay.||There is good storage in the wardrobe cabinets on each side of the bed. Lighting in the room is very good with overhead lights and bedside lights. ||The location is excellent. Less than 10 minute walk to the Trocadero station across the river from the Eiffel Tower. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is on a quiet street and the neighborhood is made up of nice residential apartments and some nice hotels like a Sofitel. ||I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but saw that the breakfast room is in the basement level. ||I would happily return to this place as a...
Read moreAbsolutely appalling service . I was staying at a Disney resort hotel when we booked a night in Paris at this hotel. Widely advertised with rooms and on booking.com. We found out the day before that Paris was going into protest and the slogan “we block everything” with every route into Paris centre blocked. Shops closed and unsafe for children and families to go here. We called booking the day before who confirmed we would be refunded.and we have this confirmation in email. The following day we were told we would no longer be getting refunded.
We lost £300 on this hotel taking our money knowing full well Paris was basically on lockdown and we would not be able to get there. Not to mention the videos all over instagram showing how unsafe the centre was. This hotel should have had had a note or warning on its site that it wouldn’t be able to accommodate people travelling into the city as it was impossible !!!! To get there. Absolutely appalling service and I’m £300 out of pocket for a greedy hotel that will not refund my money !!!!
