Firstly, a great experience visiting the restaurant. Spotlessly sanitary, kind staff, very efficient kitchen. They possess every aspect a great restaurant needs.

The food was great! Sashimi was well processed. freshness and texture was good. As for sushi, it was once again well prepared. The rice was well prepared and not crumbly or dry.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Not too crowded, not too noisy and no background music. Perfect for anybody just trying to enjoy food, drinks and conversations.

Lastly for price. Of all sushi places, one of the most reasonably priced. Despite the low sushi costs, the drinks are also reasonably priced as many try to recover lost revenue through drinks.

Well worth trying!! Really good range of classic sushi options like sashimi and maki rolls and then a range of ‘modern’ sushi options like fried fish and chicken in bao buns. Good to see options for those that don’t like barebones sushi.

Taste is a 7/10 across everything we tried. Would recommend this for locals or visitors staying close by. Price is very reasonable. We booked through the fork and got 20% off. Portions are very sizeable compared to normal sushi places. Tuna quality was probably the best thing

The owner of Ponzu is so kind and patient -- what a breath of fresh air in such a bustling city! He really took time to explain the menu (by email!), and after checking around at several similarly-priced restaurants, I have to say that Ponzu has the nicest online menu. I did have a few issues placing the online order, but apart from that the website's interface was very user friendly. I could see everything in my cart very easily.
