Really pleasantly surprised by this accommodation. The communication was instant and super helpful. We left our luggage earlier in the day and again for the day when we left which was simple even with huge suitcases.
The apartment itself was spotless, very well thought out and perfect for us as a young family that needed living space and bedroom options. As holiday home hosts ourselves we appreciated all the little details to make our stay easier. From coffee pods to dishwasher tablets and shower gel. The linen and towels were luxury hotel standard and the design and layout of the apartment overall was incredibly thoughtful and immaculately finished.
We didn’t know this area of Paris too much but discovered some lovely local restaurants and patisseries, plus a supermarket a few mins walk away. Also Metro just outside but we walked to all the main attractions within 20 mins or so.
We will definitely be back. It was just lovely to arrive at such a clean and luxurious feeling apartment with two tired young kids and felt like we could instantly settle in and enjoy the city. Oh and the views were lovely too...
Read moreGreat accomodation for families. The building is located at the junction between boulevard Raspail and rue de Rennes, in front of the metro 12 line and 2min walk from the 4 line. The building has a secured gate, a room for your luggage and the access to the staircase and elevator. Everything is spotless and pristine. The room we had was very spacious with all amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, big fridge, induction hob, Nespresso machine, utensils (missing a few though), cutlery, pans & pots, glasses and plates. The TVs in the rooms are a bit too small for the room and poor sound quality (imho). The views are great of the Eiffel tower, saint Sulpice Church and the Montparnasse tower. We had 2 terraces with table and chairs, quite lovely The beds are good and comfy, the showers are good and powerful but we had some sewer smell a few times. The WiFi was a bit disappointing too, the speed going to 8mbps max. The concierge team is very responsive for any inquiry though. We would definitely...
Read moreWe stayed in one of the Yuna apartments for 6 months. We had contract with possibility to extend it for another 5 months. We said on time we would like to extend it until end of the school year. They declared they have already rented it out to someone else. Unbelievable! The worst part was actually the attitude – rude emails from lawyers only, extremely uncareful approach towards us. We discussed the issue with our lawyer and realised we have every right to stay there. But would you stay in the place you are not welcomed? We decided to leave. Moving in the middle of the school year and finding fast a new place was a huge stress.
There were lots of other problems like they asked deposit what is illegal, many things in the apartment needed renovation/reparation, in the beginning they promised us we can park bikes and after we moved in they refused etc.
As soon as problems rise you face their lawyers. Don’t expect any normal client...
