Our experience was not a pleasant one. We have arrived late at the hotel, due to road closure in the Kazbegi area (weather conditions). We informed the hotel that we don’t know when and if we will arrive. They replied in Russian, as they don’t speak English, something we noticed at our arrival as well. Lucky for us, I could speak/ understand Russian. Upon our arrival, all we wanted was to check into the room, leave our luggage and quickly go to a restaurant. The receptionist informed us that there was a leakage in the ceiling of our hotel bathroom and the light is not working because of severe rainfall a few days ago. We had to wait in the lobby for another 35-40 mins before taking us to our room and showing us the bathroom, where there was still dripping water from the ceiling. We didn’t care much for it, as the next day our flight was early in the morning. The other option was to be moved to the hotel next door. Either way, we had to pay the full price. We explained that we have a reservation at a restaurant 15 min walk from the hotel, but in 30 mins they close the kitchen, the receptionist didn’t seem to care much. After we came back from the restaurant, we realised that it was chilly in our hotel room and that the AC didn’t seem to be working at all. Also, there was no toilet paper in our bathroom so we had go to the reception for it. We went to sleep tired and cold, and got woken up around 01:00 am because the fire alarm started ringing super loudly. At some point someone came to fix it, only for it to start ringing again after a few minutes. This cycle (ring-fix-ring) happened about 4 times in the span of approx 30 min. All in all, our review reflects our experience. I would have expected a compensation for all these...
Read moreI decided to travel in Georgia and chose the location Tbilisi.I was choosing hotels and i decided to take on this one, Bellevue Boutique Hotel and I didn't regret it really, that's why it's worth it. -Firstly, the hotel was located in the center, which is very convenient, especially for tourists like me. -The hotel is equipped not only with excellent rooms but also with a restaurant which has incredibly delicious food and official cuisine with an incredible panoramic view. -The rooms in the Hotel are very comfortable and have everything necessary for a comfortable stay even if you're family tourist or a businessman. -The staff at the hotel are excellent they adapt to each customer's needs. Especially the owner of the hotel is just incredible and nice, i needed to organize a table for my girlfriend unfortunately all seats been reserved, after I spoke to the hotel owner she gave me a table and organized the day, I was happy. -The prices at the hotel are always affordable in terms of price and quality. Next time I will definitely stay only in this Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone, that's why...
Read moreVery welcoming team, neat place, all well-maintained. Heating/cooling is through ceiling built in fan, works quickly and quietly. There are towels, bathrobes, toiletries, fan. There is a lift (and a marble staircase if you prefer to move a bit).
Tasty breakfast with a wide range of choices - omelette, vegetables, pickles, something hot new each day - hachapuri, pancakes etc, fruit drink Kompot, cottage cheese and sour cream, cheese etc. Other food that we tried is also tasty. Exceptional home wine - we had kindzmarauli, it was delicious. Indoor eating area has three tables, and outdoor (facing the street) - a few more.
Location is right next to Trinity Church and close to the river. It takes no time to walk down the street and stairs to the river bank. The area is not as touristy like on the other side of the river, but on the opposite side of the road there is a souvenir shop and a grocery shop.
The team is attentive, polite and welcoming. Thank you for...
