Hotel Piazza Tbilisi — Hotel in Tbilisi

We spent 5 nights in the Deluxe Room in which it has a Panoramic view of the city. I must say that everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is in the center of the city of Tbilisi, everything is accessible. It’s near to the park, carrefour, metro station, malls and restaurants. The staff of the hotel are lovely also, especially the receptionist, Liza. She’s very accomodating, friendly and lovely. ♥️ We also love Baba Zal, the driver who fetched and took us to the airport and the one who drove us around. He’s such a very caring and respectful man. I highly recommend also GEORGE, the tour guide. He’s so exemplary in his job! He’s such a gem! 💎. He is very patient, the kindest, outgoing, funny and witty! He’s a PRO in taking videos and pictures. He literally knows everything, the economy of the country, the history places and many more things. 😂🙈 If I can give more than 5 rating then I would. I am willing to give even a thousand times rating of the hotel and the staff. Georgians are lovely people, the country is clean and they have a nice weather. Oh God! Our stay was so lovely and unforgettable. ♥️ You will never ever regret on booking their hotel and tours offer.

Location is good but management is horrible. Basically after you check in then nobody cares about customer service. Breakfast is very limited and nothing good. They don’t change the sheets and pillowcases daily, they just fix the bed without Changing them. They leave the dirty tea cups in the room. They have construction inside the building that makes it very noisy so we had to stay outside the whole day for the load noise and after we went back to the hotel we realized there was no water so no shower not even washing the hands no flush for toilet and they said we can go to the supermarket to buy water bottles if we need to wash our hands and when we asked if they can provide some water bottle she said absolutely not and this is our responsibility to buy water for ourselves!!!!! Apparently receptionist is the ONLY person in charge in hotel and there is no other hotel employees there to help you in case you need anything. I asked her to at least brings me clean cup and she said she can’t leave the reception and I had to go downstairs to get clean cup and when I asked if there is a manager or someone to help she said they will be back 10am the next day!!! I don’t recommend this hotel...

Regarding the view, it was truly breathtaking. Depending on the location of the room, you may have been able to see the ocean, mountains, city skyline, or some other stunning landscape. Whatever the case, it was definitely a sight to behold.||The balcony was a great feature, too. It allowed you to step outside and enjoy the view even more, while also getting some fresh air. Depending on the size of the balcony, you may have been able to sit outside and relax, or even have a small table and chairs for eating or working.||As for the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. They may have helped you with your luggage, provided recommendations for local activities or restaurants, or simply greeted you with a warm smile. Their kindness and helpfulness likely added to the overall positive experience of staying in the room.||Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was impressive. You may have noticed that everything was spotless and well-maintained, from the bathroom to the bedding to the floors. This likely helped you feel more comfortable and at ease...
