Location is great, but the hotel is overpriced for what it is.
Reception: The girls at the reception are clearly low pay manpower. They are not the brightest or the most professional in their manners. Not at all. But, they are nice and smile at you, which is always a good thing ;) they take their time but go through their task as if they are reading a manual, which may be odd to some people with low sensitivity for inclusivity
service: This is where the prizeotel is clearly overpriced. Cleaning happens every 3 days, the toilets drains are not properly tubed so some rooms smell like dirty water.. something that "could" be overlooked by a proper cleaning schedule. Breakfast is horrible, avoid at all cost unless you like to eat junk for 18/20bucks. Coffe Is the only thing I'd save, and luckily that is free. So save on the breakfast, take a coffe and use those 18 bucks to get you a proper brunch outside.
rooms: the rooms feel unfinished. They are very plasticky and cheap feeling. And they are very small. Not worth it for the price. The bathroom literally had the bare essentials, they only give you one mid sized towel and a big one. But nothing else. For the price I'd expect at least some consumables such as wet wipes or q-tips... They only offer a heavy blanket which in summer, even with the ac turned on quite high, makes sleeping covered impossible. It's simply too hot.
others: There is only one elevator. If you know how frustrating it can be when more that 2 people are residing in the hotel then draw your conclusion.
The terrace up top is beautiful, but the furnishing feels cheap, poor and overall ruins the amazing view. The whole other uses cheap plastic furniture for it's styling. I guess they wanna pass it as a style decision but we all know it's just because the whole prizeotel concept is maxxing margins by keeping low quality.
There is no parking. The hotels says they have but it's simply not true. Their recommended option is the public one in the center. So calculate 15bucks a day on top of your hotel cost if you are travelling by car.
Overall, would I come back? For business, maybe. For travelling, absolutely not.
It's just not worth it, it makes you feel cheap. Even if you pay just like in any other hotel in the...
Read moreI would like to leave a bad review, since I mistakenly booked the wrong date, paid in advance, even though there was a month to move the reservation, you refused to do anything about it. Namely, I booked a room at your hotel from 10.12.2024. to 12.12.2024., however, booking mistakenly transferred me to 10.11.2024. to 12.11.2024. and so I booked, I realized the mistake after I received an inquiry why I did not check in to the hotel on 11.11.2024. and I immediately called the hotel and booking and explained the situation to them. However, the reaction from the hotel was very slow and disinterested. Booking sent several emails about my problem, it turned out that the wrong email address for your hotel was registered, which belongs to a manager. I called every day and Booking told me that they couldn't do anything without the hotel, when I contacted the hotel, they said they couldn't do anything without a request from Booking, and the emails didn't come, when I found out the correct hotel email, I asked Booking to register it, supposedly they weren't allowed to without an official request, which call agents, of course, can't submit. I managed to connect the call agents from Booking and the hotel several times while I was on hold, only to be told by the Booking agent over the phone 15 days later that you wouldn't be able to accommodate me. You can see all of this in my emails and notes after the Booking call. Confirmation number: 4852722366 Very...
Read moreAn amazing hotel with wonderful staff!
We chose this hotel for its location, style, and great reviews — and we couldn’t have made a better choice. So happy we stayed here!
We arrived early, around 10 AM, before the official check-in time. The staff kindly offered us wait until 12:00 for check-in. However, since it was my birthday on the day of arrival, they surprised us by checking us in immediately free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they gifted us two small bottles of Riesling wine — an absolutely lovely surprise. Thank you so much for this, Stephie!
The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. We especially liked the large shower and the fact that the air conditioning worked perfectly. In the hotel lobby, there was also a coffee machine available where guests could enjoy complimentary coffee — either in a cup or to take away.
I would like to give special thanks to the staff for their hospitality. In particular, to Stephie who checked us in, and another gentleman working the night shift (unfortunately I don’t know his name). We were leaving very early in the morning, and he kindly offered us coffee to take with us. Although we declined as we were in a rush, the gesture itself was...
