Not recommended at all. I went there with my team for participating in an Olympiad there. Had to stay there for a week. We were shocked seeing how small the entrance was, there were 17 of us, waiting with our luggages that could barely fit in that small area. Our rooms were not prepared and we (my team of three people) had to wait for almost two hours, but we didn't mind and thought of seeing the area around till we get our room.
The area was weird to say the least, not safe at all, lots of drug addicts and weirdos around. But the location was not that bad as we could easily walk for five minutes to get halal food from the restaurants nearby, the food served by the hotel was really bad and not much halal options either, only the breakfast was good.
The room was nice and spacious, minus the view. It was 14/15 degrees outside but the room temperature was set at 27 degrees, which was fixed, the window opens only to a certain extent so we were very uncomfortable and sweaty.
The lift was so so small and was the slowest thing ever, so we had to take the stairs which was spiral and also not spacious at all, and I got a bruise on my knee tripping on it while carrying my heavy luggage!
But the worst part is the lack of security at the hotel entrance, literally anyone could come in and do whatever. On the day of our competition, one of our teammates' bag which had his laptop, ipad and a good amount of money got stolen. While checking the CCTV footage, we saw that a random guy just came in and took the bag with him. We were randomly sitting and standing in that small lobby, due to the lack of space it was really crowded and all of our bags were there too. We were waiting for our bus for the venue and as there was no security at all, a dude just got in, took the bag and left, that's how weak the security system is. I've never encountered anything like this, we were all shocked and our teammate was crushed just before his competition. The receptionist didn't notice the thief either, which is concerning.
The staff members were nice and room service was very good, and that was probably the only thing I liked while...
Read moreThis place is DISGUSTING. After a long trip we were exhausted and just wanted to go to our rooms we booked online. We specifically booked 2 rooms for 4 adults THAT WE PAID FOR and it said that it said VERY CLEARY on our confirmation. When we arrived a very rude man with silver hair told us our rooms were only booked for 1 adult and the other room for 3 adults. They made us pay extra in order to stay and literally scammed us when we had proof printed out of our booking confirmation. We had no choice but to pay the money because we had nowhere to stay. We found out that this has happened to MANY other families that booked here. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING SCAMMERS. If this wasn’t bad enough, after paying the extra the room was gross it had black mold everywhere which is very dangerous to breath in. It was so hard to breathe it felt suffocating. My family and I barely got any sleep. We also found a ROACH in our room. My 5 year old daughter got sick from the mold and had to go to the hospital. The area is also horrible there are drug addicts all around. The staff is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They don’t do their jobs. Why do they work here if they can’t change a booking and they have to call booking.com😂😂 ridiculous. Never go here these people are SCAMMERS. If I could give this 0...
Read moreI recently stayed at Breeze Boutique Hotel for 15 nights. While the location is convenient and the hotel is generally clean, there were a few issues that negatively impacted my experience.Upon arrival, I encountered a serious problem with my reservation. I had booked 15 nights through Trip.com and had received a confirmation with a valid reservation number. However, the hotel’s system only showed a 2-night booking. Despite showing my booking confirmation, the front desk did not accept it and told me I had to email Trip.com to resolve the issue myself. After several emails and much back-and-forth communication, Trip.com eventually sent a confirmation that the hotel finally accepted, and the situation was resolved.Additionally, the rooms are not well soundproofed. Street noise easily comes through the doors and windows, making it difficult to sleep at night, especially for light sleepers.Another issue was with the elevator. When you were inside and it moved up or down, it made a noise that was quite disturbing. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts and understand that booking errors can happen, I believe better coordination with booking platforms and improved sound insulation in the rooms—as well as reducing elevator noise—would greatly enhance the overall guest...
