Nice little hotel, with comfortable rooms and very nice staff. The hotel it's new, and the rooms are well furnished and very clean. A few things to know: 1) Currently, the reception is not operating 24 hours a day (they close at 11:00pm). However, this is not a problem since they provide all guests with a PIN code to enter the hotel, and another one to enter your room. Also, if you need anything you can call or send a WhatsApp message, and they reply promptly. 2) They don't serve breakfast. However, there are several shops very close to the hotel where you can buy bakery products and cappuccino, coffee etc. and you can bring everything on the hotel's rooftop, where you can find several tables and chairs and a wonderful sight of the Acropolis. 3) Like I said, the rooms are exceptionally clean and new (with a great shower and comfortable beds). You can ask for daily cleaning by just pressing a button near the door, otherwise the cleaning is every two days. The location is not the best in Athens, but it's very close to the metro station (Metaxourgio) and in few minutes you can reach the most popular places in Athens. The value for money is great, and I highly...
Read moreI booked a room for 2 people, with a bed & chaise lounge. When we arrived we requested to use the chaise to sleep on but were told it would be an additional 50 euros to do so. They refused to provide linens for the chaise unless I paid extra. Even though there was no mention of this on the website when booking. Which is a bait & switch. I also had to purchase more toilet paper for the room as their was no one staffing the front desk, when it was needed. I arranged airport pick up thru them & the driver never showed up nor answered when they tried to track them down. But despite this poor customer service, I was still asked to pay extra to have bedding. The neighborhood is sketchy. We were followed twice at night. Not a good option for solo travelers. It's noisy all night & in need of sound proof windows. All of this & poor customer service makes this a...
